Full Matrix Neo moment not taking that political bullet. Just held his hand up and made that argument fall to the ground. Masterclass in not being used as a pawn. Well done Brant!
What an opportunity by God to demonstrate forgiveness in real-time, for I thought the very same thing, i.e. what a swipe to try to wedge in January 6, but alas, as Doug Benson said prior, Brant froze the bullet in mid-air and let it fall to the ground. Bravo Mr. Hansen, bravo.
Even if you cut ties with them, by living in unforgiveness, you are choosing to continue living in relationship with the person or people who hurt you because you're remaining tied to them in your mind, in your heart, perhaps through physical illness. And any resulting anger, anxiety, depression, etc., is actually controlling you. That's deep, Brant! Thank you for sharing. I pray we will all listen.
Three cheers to Brant Hansen. Listening to Brant & Sherri in the mornings has truly been a blessing. His repeated calls for forgiving other people based on Jesus forgiving me, is a simple concept, yet hearing him articulate it so precisely still made it feel like a giant epiphany. May God continue to bless him for all of his days.
I've been listening to Brant and Sherri for years! So happy to see him on here. Thank you Brant (and Sherri) for all the years of wisdom and laughter ♥️
Just finished his book! However, a long time fan of his radio show back in the day when he did it on Air1 with Sherry. So glad to see an awesome and wonderful guy give nuggets of truth in a few minutes! Hopefully it blessed someone who is hurting and needs to forgive! I know I did! ❤
Thank you for continuing to share this message of being unoffendable by living with a heart tuned to forgive. You demonstrated it beautifully on-air when they obnoxiously kept showing edited reels of January 6 alongside you speaking. You maintained your focus and lovingly refused to allow them to make this talk turn into a political debate.
Obviously, you have the right to hold onto anger, and I think I understand your idea of self respect. I don't know how you can keep that anger and pain out of your consciousness. Jesus teaches us to forgive, and He insists on it. To forgive does not take away the offender's evil from them, but as we work through the process of forgiving, we are letting go of the pain, anger, and desire to "get back" at the person.
Brant showed restraint and wisdom in not taking the bait. Turning this interview into a political hijack was missing the point. Bravo Brant!!!

Bravo Mr. Hansen, bravo.
my thoughts exactly no talk of the burned cities luted businesses or killed cops. I wouldn't waist my time with this talk show host

Sad that they related this segment to Jan 6. Hope many are curious and check the book out. I have it and pick it up for a re-read often.

he sounds like jeff goldblum
Lol this guy calls it an insurrection.
Now we find out the angry folks were undercover FBI.
No, there are things I will be angry about for the rest of my life, I just won't somaticize it nor inject it into my consciousness.
Yes, I'm comfortable going through my entire life acknowledging that it made me angry, because I respect myself and my feelings.
It will continue to come out in healthy Viallant's coping/ defense mechanisms.

Unfortunately it’s not possible. Praying that you find the truth which will set you FREE
