    Im a power host in Miami. Turo is a business, people get in it without analyzing all the numbers. Some host count gross revenue as if it is net profit. Not taking into consideration the maintenance, depreciation, and the liability of running a business. Also that car rental is extremely seasonal. In July I can easily make $25k while in September will be $15k

    right, Turo fees are ridiculous, I don't even know how people keep renting from Turo, which is good for me by the way, I have a fleet of 11 cars in Miami market its always busy even its saturated so its the race to the bottom on prices but still I prefer to do it and grow my fleet as a full time income

    Yes, it sucks now I had six vehicles that brought in over $9k per month now it’s about $3600 trash my vehicles are only about three years old and they’re still very clean no issues all SUVs

    Best advice was to buy a house first. To have less debt to income ratio.
    People don’t understand how things work
