Ariolimax C. getting better! strong enough to climb some mediocre gym boulders, still weak and painful enough to climb on the moonboard.

@@hoseoklee93 he really is good at it. I like watching you climb regular boulders rather than the moonboard even though it's cool. The moves on boulders are a lot more varied and aesthetically pleasing. Just my opinion I'll still watch whatever you put out though

I believe Juhee (the girl in the video stamp) and Donggyu (the one introduced as the founder of the crew) are dating and not siblings.
It’s super interesting to see that you climb ratings of v9-12 but when you are in the gym you’re rating scale of hard (or just below hard) is v5-6. As a long time climber I completely understand different types of climbs and styles as well as different setters. As well climbing in the 90s I’m not used to the dynamic climbs and definitely not the type to jump and potentially hurt an ankle.
But watching a recent video of Q&A I see you aren’t super tall as well arm span. I guess I take advantage of having monkey arms when I climb :)
Maybe one day we’ll get to climb together as I have an interest in visiting Korea. Of course anytime you make it to Switzerland (Bern) let me know we can hit a few gyms.

don't think I missed the 12:30 lock off Hoseok...very strong. Also, was the double red feature on the "hardest" problem too flared to hand jam? Couldn't really tell from the video.
Hunter Grady thx man. I don’t think hand jamming was an option though. Those slopers were reaaaally just flat ones.

10:19 Hoseok, when you do this kind of move keep your arms straight. It greatly increases momentum. (Also, to keep your body straight, as you release the hold, really “throw” it behind you. This is very important to control the trajectory and body position in mid-air of your body. I learnt that when I was doing parkour)

Odd that no one tried to jam the untopped problem. A double Gaston attempt is usually an indicator that a climber cannot jam cracks. I'm not talking trash, my home crag is Indian Creek, UT pure crack climbing mecca, USA
Derek Craig both holds are really just flat slopers lol I’m pretty sure you can’t jam anything there.

@@hoseoklee93 I'm not there in person to feel the holds so I definitely won't argue. I will say I have jammed two slopers many times in my life. We refer to them as 'butt cracks' and there are quite a few of them at IC, Utah
Derek Craig I know what you mean and I respect your background in crack climbing, but I truly think you wouldn’t say that when you actually get to see those holds. they are ridiculously flat:)
