Hie. I love your videos and i follow on a regular basis. I just have a question. Please help me with that. I got an order for an engagement chocolate hamper. And here in Kolkata it's too too humid, like Mumbai. So how do I wrap the chocolates so that it dosent melt? Will cling wrap help?
Then wrap with butter paper then foils.....and when packing hamper box keep ice gel or dry ice when it finally packed and going for delivery....see my vedio
