Good job yet again ^^. Hey check this out, im a musician and i never played a song i didnt like an youve probably heard this already but it sounds like the kind of style you like, flowing movement stuff with staccato parts an all. Seycara - Everlasting Summer (piano) ruclips.net/video/juOV5OaxlcQ/видео.html Dont ever quit man keep playing, you always do a good job.
Caliko, I have said it before and I will say it again. You are my favourite pianist. These others are flashy and play fast and complex pieces, which you can also play, but none of them, none of them can match your musicality. It's a joy to hear you play. Stay safe. Much love from Wakefield, UK.
I remember someone said a simple piece is somewhat harder to play, it requires a certain amount of musicality to deliver well. It is really therapeutic to hear your beautiful playing. :) Thank you for introducing this to me, I am thinking of watching the movie soon! Hope all is well for you, Caliko :)
I read your description and I'm happy that you enjoy the OST of this movie as much as I do. The OST was actually my go-to-sleep/relax music. Wonderful playing btw. I hope you make more covers from that movie 💕
Wow.. this is my favourite piano cover of this by far. Amazing job seriously. Hearing you cover Anna would make my month but I understand it’s a serious time commitment so no pressure or anything, just food for thought 😉
Can't believe I missed her uploads! I guess it's been awhile since her last video RUclips forgot to notify when she uploaded a new one. Anyway,, what a superb piano piece as usual! Another one to listen to in a loop while I'm reading a book. I know life has been too busy for you Caliko and we fans wishes you well, but I hope you can upload every once in awhile since we (I'm) are really looking forward to it! Cheers Caliko and wishing you all the best in you College life. Hang tough!
I have been waiting for a new upload of yours. ☺ I am not familiar with the movie or soundtrack but I really enjoyed your performance, you played it beautifully.
Heyo hi again 2nd time for me hehe, I am so happy to see another upload of yours. Really warms my heart. As I said earlier I am glad to know you don't have any Viruses, and hopefully doing a little bit or a tiny bit better than before. Btw do you recommend this one to watch? As this is very new to me + I have no idea about anything regarding this anime. Now for the music itself. I need to get the feel first and the scene + meaning associated with it. To get the proper feeling. Putting this one too in favorite of yours. And will listen to this one as well on repeat hehe😏. Thank you for coming back. 😉 Bai bai for now - C u in the next piece I guess. 😏❤👀 Lastly another super long text hehe👽(Plus I am super late with one too 😶)
Hi hello! Thank you for both of your comments, as always! I will be honest, I have not seen this movie yet, and neither have I seen 86 😶But I have heard great things about both! I this movie will be up my alley so I'm definitely going to watch it eventually. See you next piece!
Great performance. I’ve never watched the movie but the music makes me feel nostalgic of a time I’ve never had. Do you plan on making covers for Enkanomiya & The Chasm?
Hi Caliko! I really love your arrangements. They're really beautiful and I really appreciate the sheet music! I'm a somewhat beginner-intermediate pianist that wants to play by ear ( at least passably) and I really wanted to know how you learned to do it. I already know a little music theory and can play simple melodies by ear in my right hand and I can identify intervals, but that's about it. I don't know to harmonize with a melody very much and all I can really do is play one-note melodies in my right hand, nothing complex. I know my comment will probably get buried, but if you see this and have any advice, it would be really appreciated. You are very talented!!!!
Hi hello! First of all, thank you! I started learning how to improvise very, very late, and I really still only know the basics. The way I started was figuring out the chords of a piece, for example Dearly Beloved, which started my improv journey LOL, and playing the simple melody with my right hand while playing the chords with my left, so Ab, Bb, Eb, then again Ab, Bb and Cm. So definitely learn how to identify chords and play those with your left hand to accompany the melody. Then once you have that down you can try to arpeggiate your left hand, and learn techniques that pianists use when playing by ear - I learned a lot of arrangements by Kyle Landry and theIshter, who both tend to use the same patterns that are pretty intuitive to drill into your hands, and once you play a few of those you should start to understand what else you can do with a simple melody. Kyle Landry's yearly Dearly Beloved series taught me a lot in those terms. The rest is really just playing and figuring things out on your own by trial and error, so not much else to say there. Either way, good luck!

I also adore Pidalso's arrangements as much as I adore your covers! Thank you for your gifts and please do take care!

When mastery blends so nicely with emotion live .. thank you for this very nice solo piano rendition cover. And a very emotional animated movie.

Great performance. I’ve never watched the movie but the music makes me feel nostalgic of a time I’ve never had.
Do you plan on making covers for Enkanomiya & The Chasm?
I think I might make a medley for the Chasm, but that'll definitely take some time - the tracks are pretty tricky! I'm practicing them now
Have you played anything from The Shape of Voice (Koe no Katachi)? I'd love to hear that.
The contrast between the slow playing vs the rapid fire way you flip through pages on the tablet crack me the fuck up BHGBJGFBHJ
gotta flip em fast 🏃
