What software did you use? Odin? I got a blank phone after I replaced the LCD for a customer (this is actually the second A23 I encountered with this same problem) would this be my go to to resolve the issue?

I did all steps and touched the two pins and it appeared on device manager then I opened file named 1.load when I put my com number and hit enter the phone disappeared from manager and didn't load any thing and didn't turn on , so when I go to the other step opening a235m in it nothing appeared to hit start button What's your advice and what i did wrong ?

Should Command prompt be opened during the process? Q4. To touch these 2 pins would this step be enough to restore the phone or does it also need to be flash? Q5. When connecting or grounding these 2 pins and making USB connection to phone at what point can we release touch on the 2 pins that's shown in presentation?

ensure you're battery connect properly and charge up

you're com # might be different check your device manager. extract all files in one folder.

it should detect in 1.load first. then give some charge then flash

Do as i do in the video. once you connect the two pins the phone detects then you can use command then flash
Everytime I have to restart my A23 to get it charged, after the latest update #samsungmobile. Really it's denting the worth of the company

Files have password so after download you cant access the files
Can you explain more thoroughly what you did with the files?
one is the flash tool and the other is the firmware. The phone need to go into EDl then Download mode to be able to flash the phone.
Touch 2 pins then magically files start running...so much left out
download the file, step one and two, if its not your field of work it can be difficult.
