I was 16 years old, skipped school around this weekend and came to England from Germany by bus for the festival. Got lost in the night cause i couldn't find the shuttle back to the hotel and wandered hours around the city and countryside :D Great memories !!!

Yeah i arrived in a lil late, as I walked in to the bowel, I had a deep rumble like a war and cannons going off..I never heard an assault like that in my life….It was Pantera.
I wanted to go to this show so bad and it was only an hour drive from home back then. My parents wouldn't let me go as I was only 12 years old at the time. What a great experience this would've been
Nice one! I was 14 at this, & I feature in the report twice, both times crowd surfing! 0:03 & 1:07. Thanks for uploading. My mate saw me on Super Rock shortly after ozzfest and had recorded it on VHS, but it later got recorded over accidentally by my Mum I think, for Corination St. So I'd been looking for uploads of this since the last one were taken down. I also remember that moment very well, 1:07 was the most brutal pit I've ever been in. I was trying to crowdsurf my way out of the pit as it happened, had only just escaped from x3 other crowd surfers falling on top of me before I fell over the rail & onto the floor. Everyone was struggling, there were fully grown men leaning all their bodyweight onto me to keep up. I been in some crazy pits but that one, wow! I got some good shots from the fest too on my disposable camera, if anyone wants to see them.
that would be nice. they played an ozzfest 98 special w Kurt Loder back in the day. was only 30 min and all Limp Bizkit. back when they were trying to sell them to everyone. i went to the alpine valley one and coal chamber was fn sick. that girl bass player is really fn good its a shame she quit the band.
