You do fabulous work brother. I was a fitter/welder for 25 years and all of what you fabricated has some serious skill and math. Rolling the handrail is the part that would have stumped me so thank you for the clear explanation 🖖.
ah ofcourse the rollers... i was wondering how a spiral handrail was made.... ironically the rollers are the one device where i once almost lost 2 fingers from. one of the slowest machines in a metal workshop xd

@@accentironwork fair enough. Week worth of job with a little overtime. I was thinking more like 60hrs. That handrail would be some challenge to me. Beautiful job overall 👌👌👌
ya lost me at the getting the correct handrail pitch lol. how do you know the angle to twist the handrail to get the correct pitch? running the rail through the bender multiple times in increments?
Knowing your floor to floor elevation you can calculate how many risers (9.5" max riser). Number of treads is 1 less than number of risers. Each my tread (there is the drawing in Part 1) makes 29.5 degrees of revolution. Now you know your total revolution and the high of the handrail: (#of risers-1)× your riser
Very generous of you to share this valuable information. I intend to use this to benefit my family & others. Thank you

Thanks!
Very impressive craftsmanship.
Thank you for providing the calculations. My two-flight staircase is relatively close to yours in terms of landing heights and rise. Thank you!
wow! well done
I am very impressed of your skills and besides that how clean is your shop and I like the covers for your machines you really take care of them
Wonderful
Wow! Wonderful machines.
Fantastic
I know understand how to bend in 3 dimensions , thanks a lot for sharing your knowlenge !
Thanks you so much for share you time and work😄

What about part 4 ? Installation - would be fun I think ?
Nothing interesting. Just lift , set it in upright position, screw the landing to the deck, and 3 anchor bolts to attach the center post
Hi. How did you transport it to the installation site and lifted it? It must be weighted a lot =)
@@accentironwork What size anchor bolts did you use or recommend for a case this size?
Master!
Did you make the handrail jigs to hold the top cap in place or did you purchase those?

I made it
Ingenioso! Gracias por compartir tan valuable informacion.
I don't have the pipe roller bender you have to bend your hand rails, do you have any other way of doing this since I don't have one? Thanks again

How long did you take to fabricate this staircase?
@@thamsanqakhumalo8936 36 hours
@accentironwork Thank you for your response. Do you have any idea of the total weight of this particular stair case?
How many hours does it take to make it?
40-45

I'm getting ready to try this with rectangular tubing.
Use 14 or 11 ga and pack it with sand
@@accentironwork my 75 year old father said the same thing... about the sand. Thanks man.
Very nice work, are you in Colorado?
Yes
Just notice why i mess up on the landing !! I build a step flush with the landing togheter n going up hit my head ,, 👍🏾

Gracias por compartir ,muy buen video, me gustaría saber los pasos para el rolado de tubo por favor, si es posible
Do you have a drawing on the space for the steps and one for the hand rail
Watch all 3 parts of the video. It shows all drawings.
Hermoso trabajo
gracias
