Rick and Morty is a good example of bringing fictional media to life. They released an app called "Jerry's Game" which featured in an episode where Jerry is playing a stupid mobile game. It really only seems to exist as an Easter egg and as a way to further degrade his character with how simple and bad the game is.
It's always slightly bugged me that Danny/Nick Frost (Hot Fuzz) had the aspect ratio of his DVD player set wrong, despite having an incredible DVD collection. If you're spending thousands on DVDs you're probably going to set your DVD player to output 16:9 to your widescreen TV.
Sad you didn't talk about "Garth Marenghi's Darkplace", which the whole point was that it was a show-within-a-show or anything from "The Critic" (despite Jay Sherman appearing in the McBain section). Hell, "All My Circuits" from Futurama was another great one!
This was a very comprehensive video! I'm always excited to see you in my subscription box even if it is twice a year. I am a bit bummed that you didn't include Invitation to Love from Twin Peaks but I guess they couldn't all fit in there.

Hobo With A Shotgun originally was a fake movie in the movie, Grindhouse, and was eventually turned into an actual movie.

Machete's first appearance was in Spy Kids (2001) before Planet Terror (2007)
It isn't clear if he is 'fictional' in SpyKids or not, so you are technically correct.

I haven't finished this video, but I'm almost to the end and the main thing that I'm wondering is, where is "Twin Peaks"? The fake show in there is actually pretty important to the theme of the show. Not to mention that it's really funny, because the fake show is a nighttime soap opera which mirrors and parodies what's happening in the actual "Twin Peaks". Well, now I'm at the end, and I find it weird you didn't cover it.
Also, did you pronounce Bea Arthur's name as "Bay"? LOL, that's also pretty weird. She's like the most famous female comic of all time. If you're unfamiliar with her, you should check out her old stand-up. It's right up there with Bob Saget for a comic being really famous for playing a straight laced character on a really wholesome show, but who's stand-up act is extremely dirty, one of the dirtiest stand-up acts you'll ever here, even to this day.
How could you forget the Thunder Gun films from It's Always Sunny?

The McBain film was released in 1991 and flopped so hard due to copyright infringement and abuse.
