It is in fact permissible for a child to lead an obligatory prayer. In the condition that the child is the most knowledgable of the Quran among his people. Please read the story of the companion Amr ibn Salamah in sahih Bukhari. He was the imam of his village while he was 6 or 7 years old.
He never said the boy couldn't lead obligatory prayers he was confirming that the boy could lead voluntary which is what the subject of the video is about.
You have to be passed puberty age,he is excellent,but he is too young,the adults should not let a young child lead the prayer, its not allowed in islam,

This is a taraweeh prayer, it is permissible for a child who understands the prayer to lead the prayer which is not obligatory.

non-adults cannot lead the prayers, until they attain puberty. Check the rules of Shariah and talk.
Small children are NOT allowed to lead prayers... This is the problem of Wahabism, Deobandism, Ahle Hadisism, Ghair Muqallidism...
