Can you please explain the character offset and position, in the tokenize section? as it seems the you are treating it as an array, that start from zero, and not from one.

In this project, I will be having pool of resumes at a particular directory. I will be having a Job Description. My job is to find the resumes which match the job description in terms of keywords like technical skills etc.. Can you please help me understand how Lucene might help here? Thank You!
