Why aren't they canon? They have no impact and/or bearing on the FNF universe itself as a whole, but when Retro uses his own songs and his own characters, they can be as canon ha he wants them to be.

@@TinariKao This was as per Retro and Kamex themselves on a recent stream. I may have possibly misunderstood them, but it sounded like a lot of people _were_ taking the music videos like this as canon, and Retro and Kamex pointed out that Sakuroma tells GF "Don't worry dear, none of this is canon." Apparently, "all of this" referred to anything other than the Retro and BF battles.
If I'm mistaken, I'll be the first to happily admit it, and either way I'm headcanoning that these are all a part of the proceedings. But this is as I understand it at present.

Not sure if my eyes were lying, Sakuroma seemed glitched out when camera facing her. She does different poses by every note, but sometimes reverted to normal stance.

Yeah this happens every now and then for a cover of a song. Like Taeyai's cover of Common Sense has her own character experience the same bug.
My theory is that the game has trouble registering some frames for a hold animation, or they were left out by accident, so it resorts to using the idle animation as filler to fill the animation loop. One more thing is that this always happens to characters who REPLACE other characters for the cover.
