Moog Taurus Minitaur & Roland PK-5 Test

Hi Mike. PK5 connect to Taurus through midi cable connection (from PK5 midi out to Taurus midi in). Taurus connect to the mixer or any other audio device (e.g. sound card or single amplifier) through
6.3 mm jack connection (Taurus audio out to one of the mentioned in). I switch my PK5 one octave lower from the default setup to play this U2 song and switch the PK5 in continuous audio output mode. That means if you push any pedal one time, it gives permanent signal to the Taurus while you don't shut it off. Hope I can help you. Good luck!

Hi, just got both of these fine instruments (PK-5 /Minitaur ) purchased and shipping this week and was looking for advice on the connection method. So will follow what you have described. Thank you for posting it. Have you hooked up an iPad with aniMoog? I have an Apogie Jam to get a line signal as 1/4” from the iPad.

Yes, there is a direct midi cable connection between the Moog and the Roland PK5.
