    I can never understand why Lloydie Coxsone has never been properly endorsed a with life time award with his contribution to reggae music or even in the hall of fame of MUSIC. I've seen less others awarded with an MBE! Can't forget Jah Shaka , FATMAN , Moa Ambassa ETC

      @Da Royal General I don't overstand why people say it was in the past, he created, nuff artists like, Louisa Mark with 6 Street Avenue, and also my favourite Dub album king of the Dub rock Sir Lloyd Coxone so you see you're cannot forget the past if we are to talk about names, and we the people, create our own Kings, not corporations.

    • @hultonclint
      @hultonclint 7 лет назад +1

      My singing is BAD or rough (or in an unfamiliar genre) but not basic. (That is, the songs I sing tend to be rare or unexpected -- songs that others don't know or that carry some interesting story or origin.)
      These are basic chunes like you could play off some CD compilation called "23 Reggae and Island Hits from Jamaica" bought in Walmart.

      On the contrary, I know foundation tunes all too well -- These tunes are very BASIC to the foundation, which is why they are BORING. Notice how the audience is all these hipsters...
      Israelites, 007 Shanty Town, Baba Boom, Is this Love, Duppy Conquerer, One Drop,,,, all Bob and the most 60s tunes marketed to frat boys who go Spring Break. ... the vibes didn't drop until he finally played Dennis Brown at the end.
