You and that book has lost all credibility claiming vegetables as healthy, there’s nothing further from the truth, vegetables have poisonous side effects, chemicals that are released when picked. And over time with most people, it causes a breakdown in the body.

I spent a significant period of time eating moat veggies, every aspect of my body improved. I thought more clearly could move and do things better and had world's of energy with sort of sloppy lag like with other foods. My vision even got sharper while on that diet. Can you explain how the vegetables that broke down my body were able to do this for me?
