Love the portal wideout additions. Seems like a big time player, stage not too big. Great hands, concentration, and route running. Love a confident, self aware wideout, think Kenny Stills, Cee Dee, Hollywood, Dee Dee… it’s a game, it’s competitive, it’s entertainment! BOOMER!
Depends on the school and Wisconsin had him the same the year before. IF you're in the portal taking visits your real measurements come out and on field he looks about right.
Look at his Wisconsin highlights from his redshirt freshman year. He was really solid in the Big 10 as a young guy. He even had a 70 yard game in Iowa and multiple of them were on Cooper DeJean who’s likely gonna be starting in the Super Bowl. Kid can play. I predict he’ll be out WR4 behind Burks, Jayden Gibson, and Javonnie Gibson. All 4 of those guys are nice WR’s. Add in Kearny who was solid this year as a true freshman and a great blocker, Carreon who was also a really solid true freshman both of them should improve, then either Satenga or maybe even Elijah Thomas steps up and we’ll have 7 WR’s I feel really good about. Not to mention Jacob Jordan is a nice backup slot. I think we’ll be really deep at WR, all comes down to the OL. If our OL is above average we’ll have a top 15 team easily. That’s a big question mark tho. Bedenbaugh has to figure it out on the OL
@ ty spacewalk … I was just trolling those guys for fun … “yeah but it’s against Incarnate Word” you know how Gabe always says we know this no need to tell us
@@4leef22 lol even if you weren’t trolling it’s a totally fair concern. There’s no doubt if our WR1 was dominating at a small school we’d need to at least have skepticism until we saw him. However being that Lewis will be at best our WR4 (assuming we’re healthy) I think we can feel pretty good about where that room is at. All comes down to the OL for me. We have enough talent at every other position even tho corner/LB/TE could use another piece they’re still solid units. TE not as much as the other two but hopefully Mitchell, Helms, or one of the transfers steps up
@ agree on Oline …arbuckle and mateer are going to move the ball … I think 8 wins, with some others that push it to the wire … Michigan will be a great barometer
If a school has a long track record and then a few guys come in and get some nagging injuries playing with a QB throwing for 100 yds a game and stay hurt instead of having a season with total 300 yds on their resume looking forward to future NIL offers, I don't think the issue is the school medical staff
Loved the breakdown of the emphatic, well-timed "letting him know" organic looking "In the face" first down celebration. 😂

Love these breakdowns
Love the In The Weeds Segment!!! As long as Mr. Lewis can catch the ball and run we should be happy!
This video is informative and funny as hell lol
We try to be entertaining when we can!
Love you all showcasing his ability to identify and pick up his towel. 😂 In all seriousness though him and Javonnie Gibson look legit
great video guys, love these
Very smooth runner like Jalen Saunders. Doesn't seem to stop or slow down to find a lane.
this is the kid I'm most excited about out of the transfer portal class
I'm pretty excited about this guy. I think he could be a big time playmaker
Could you guys do one on the TE from LA Tech?
The three things a receiver must have ball adjustment - recognition of route running adjustment and most importantly, can he block???
Blocking is where he needs to improve the most but we'll take a guy that can really run and run routes any day.
Blockings important but i definately wouldnt say its the most important, i mean, a WR main job is to get open and catch passes
Lets go!
Boys it’s a pipe dream, maybe at best an eight and 4 season.
Oklahoma sports was not ready for the SEC. It should be criminal they moved. The past six years they had a hard time winning the Big 12.
"Is SIU QB amazing " here to tell you he played with 4 QBs
Can he block though?
Needs to improve that piece of his game but the Sooners need guys that can make plays and Lewis can make some plays.
6'2" 190 is probably 6' 180. Most heights and weights are fudged in sports.

These FCs d2 jags better pay off or bv time is up
BOOMER!!!
Sooner!
Yeah, but it’s against incarnate word… wait was it really?

Is he injury prone? Last season might have gone a little different if we could've kept players healthy
