Lol, right? Unfortunately the side wall was trashed and leaking pretty bad so we ended up replacing the tire. I want to try the carb cleaner and lighter on a flat tire some day....😁
I have thought of that, but hopefully I don’t end up needing to replace it for quite awhile! That is the beauty of the Terramite’s, they are easy to swap engines on from what I’ve heard. Did you have to make an adapter for the drive shaft, or were you able to re-use the original set up?
The whole gas tank flips up with the cowl?!?! Dad put heavy 10 or 12 ply (dont remember which) on the fronts of his BX. Loaders work the fronts pretty hard.
Yep! The hood and gas tank are one. At least I don’t have to worry about a plastic gas tank breaking... 10 or 12 ply, wow! I don’t think I’ve even seen tires that heavy duty in this size. Must have been fun getting them installed! We went with a 4ply like the original ones were. Hopefully we won’t have any problems.

You can replace the old terramite engine with the The harbor freight predator 22hp engine if it ever gives up, that’s what I did to my terramite t7
