This is similar to Yasaka AI Resonate, but the AI resonate has a spring and catalpult effect. And the Yasaka AI resonate has a better handle for me personally.
@saadalnjoum8809 ai resonate is hybrid inner outer layer. Definitely faster than inner layer alc and faster than dhs wang chuqin blade. Slower than alc viscaria blade. Great sweet spot for two wing loopers. Forhand 40 degrees dhs blue sponge and dignic 05 for backhand.

On every chinese source i found you ppl somehow cant differentiate between some Carbon variants. I mean this is not ALC. Especially your Hurricane comparison blades arent ALC blades. It is AC and there is quite a difference between those. I mean i even found a blade that has AC as its inner layer and the seller called it ZL, AC and ALC within the same description.
ALC is acrylic fiber plus carbon. ZLC is zylon fiber plus carbon. So what is AC? only acrylic? I don't see any pure acrylic blade except XIOM Hugo blade. I don't know what is ZL either.
