Hoseok's love for Haru was much stronger than Y/N's love for Hoseok. Everything and everyone in this FF is so complicated where they're going through multiple things at once. I don't doubt Hoseok loved Haru , I'm questioning how it (his love) lasted all these years even though he made it clear he didn't want to be with her anymore (at least intimately) , we don't have a lot of info since it's just the beginning but we can see he made no effort in trying to move forward from her betrayal (if she did) , their relationship wasn't healthy and it was mentally exhausting for them both ....... why would he stay if it was like that , and if the answer is that he still loves her , then why didn't he try to work things out between them
unless , Haru doesn't know that Hoseok knows about her fling with Namjoon ( again IF something did happen between them)
