Great designs, Kitchen is way to small and feels very claustrophobic. Needs room for an island, breakfast bar etc. Bump it out a meter or so, give it some more windows. Kitchens are always included with an outdoor living area.
A wonderful design. Only thing is, can the number of stairs be reduced? Or in other words can the design be done without stairs for kitchen (if not other rooms)? For senior citizen stairs can be a problem
