Awesome house plan but its only for those who can afford 2-3Mphp. Can you make house plans like this with low budget cost? Lets say 80sqm with 3BR, 1CR fpr 1Mphp? Simplest design possible. 🙏🙏🙏
I think you better look at the study. It appears to block all access from the living room to the fining room and kitchen. That looks like it shoukd be a corridor beside the stairs. One big error with this olan is tge front door. It should open inti that area at the foot if the stairs. As is, you have the front door opening into the far end of the living room, turning that room into a pass through to the rest of the house. Moving the door eliminates that dual function of the lihing room and gives thst area at the foot of the stairs the second function. In addition, doing this means there is sn easy to maintain flooring material at the entrance.

Teeny tiny livingroom for a 3 bedroom house. Space wasted on porch that could have been used for a larger living room if front door had been moved over to the left.

Kitchen and dining and living room on separate levels? Forget about it😑…then after dining, you walk back up two levels to get to the bedrooms…awkward layout. Wasted space that could be a nice store room/craft area

Like the design but home presentation walkthrough is need to improve.too much unnessary details rather than main details makes it hard to watch.
