- While out of town, I checked some local Mazda dealerships to see what new Mazda vehicles they have in stock. Follow me through this dealership walk to see how many Mazda CX-5, CX-90, CX-50, and CX-30 crossovers they have available.
Thank you to Hendricks Mazda Mall of Georgia in Buford, GA for allowing me to see their inventory.

I love the way they look on their front grill.
I drove through the lot of the local Mazda dealer yesterday. I was surprised at how many new vehicles they had. It’s a small dealership and they were nearly jammed with vehicles. Can discounts off of sticker price be coming back?
Just got a CX-5 from out of state dealer who gave me decent deal, free delivery and 60 months financing at zero percent!
The ugly cladding on the CX-30 is a deal-breaker for me.
Maybe they will offer some painted options in the refresh.
cladding looks fine once the thick chrome front trim piece, side chrome trim & silver roof rails are also blacked-out. Why Mazda won't do this from the factory with all their CX-30's is baffling. I did that aftermarket with mine, as well as blacking out the painted roof between roof rails & trapezoid section of lower painted rear hatch where license mounts to break up the stark horizonal line of where black plastic bumper meets painted hatch. Looks so much better/stylish IMO, & more dark/moody/rugged.
@@JSSthey better
@@JSSand it might be bigger
I just bought the CX30 Premium Package in Jet Black Mica.. Car is Spectacular..😎
My 2022 Mazda CX-30 may be my first & last Mazda, since I don't want start/stop or cylinder-deactivation tech in my vehicle unless I can fully turn it off in vehicle settings if I so choose. Also not interested in a turbo engine version. Glad that my 2022 doesn't have any of that at least. I've been really happy with it thus far at almost 2 years in now.
What alternative brand isn't putting those in their cars?
Seems ALL manufacturers are doing stop/start. Also heard it wasn't in recent 2023 or 2024 CX5s. Supply issue?
Just bought a new CX 5 premium plus in platinum quartz and love it so much we might buy another. Hey Mazda... keep the CX 5 coming. It will be your best seller for another 5 years and keep making them in Japan.
what price did you pay? monthly pay?
Im keeping my 22 CX9 forever. No annoying stop/start or cylinder deactivation (they call theirs I stop). Built in Japan and been trouble free for 33k miles. The CX90 and 50 r having issues just like n e 1st year new models.
Mazda needs to pull their head out of their ass. Fix the CX 50. Remove the cladding on the 50 and 30 and give it an independent suspension and get rid of the hatchback. They’re so far behind on design it’s insane
Agree with cladding and independent suspension. Agree with getting rid of the hatchback ONLY if they bring the CX-60 with the 3.3 turbo as their best performance line. Problem is, they dont have a manual trans that can handle the 2.5 without early wear, so we'll never see one for the 3.3
Rumors say Mazda is going to redesign the CX-5. I understand that it's their best seller and they don't want to kill it off but doesn't the upcoming CX-70 effectively replace it?
I think it's different enough. Smaller overall footprint, FWD bias, 4 cylinder engine, less premium features... think they can hit a segment about 10k less with it. Also wouldn't be surprised if they offer a full Hybrid option with it like the Rav4 and CRV do. Leave the 6 cylinder and PHEV for the larger 70. It's possible that would be closer to the 90 than the 5 size-wise anyways.
Low trim level units still seem to me to be in short supply. Plus they still seem to be putting too many dealer options on the cars. But all the brands seem to be doing this which means I will probably be driving my 20 year old cars a little longer.
It does seem the lower trims are a hot commodity between dealers.
The prices need to come down.
Hopefully one day the cx-9 comes back with all wheel drive
Why are some cx-5 cladding painted and some not
They paint the cladding since the 2024 model
@@richardbolitho They should do that with the cx50 as well
Higher trim levels are painted
