Hi Christina. Not to put your beautiful butt move down. But the absolute best way I stay in my golf position as you have shown is that during my backswing I glide ( pull ) my trail side scapula towards my spine then for my downward, I glide ( pull) my lead side scapula towards my spine to finish of my classic swing.
My alternating scapula glide golf swing works well under the theory of the golf swing working as a two pendulums swing .
I like to think of my upper torso as the body of a church bell ringing. Namely the hands and wrists and golf club equal the gong pendulums; along with the scapula shoulders, arms and rolling rib cage being the bell pendulum. Both pendulums need to be in total synchronization with the other as the golfer pivots from one side to the other. And so by simply focusing on my alternating scapula as I am swinging my club does this perfectly for me.
Hope you explore this simple concept for yourself and tell me what you think. Good or bad. Actually it gets my butt moving automatically. As senior golfer I like to make golf simple for me. Cheers 😊🥂👍
