I'd love it was playable in pvp, combining two reasons I started playing dk was frost aesthetic, and being a bringer of death. I'm stuck playing uh dk for pvp
Try to get your Death and Decay on the Ground once your start popping your CDs to get the benefit off of cleaving strikes
On Pull go Abom Limb, Remorseless Winter, D&D, Pillar+ERW+Reapers Mark, start weaving between Frost Strike/Glacial Advance and Obliterate, get a few rime procs in there as well

DK's are corrupted paladins. They were what we wanted in SoD but got Re-used skills from other expansions as a paladins

AI dwarves are supposed to be strong now? I haven't seem that so far. In my games so far they are getting wiped faster then ever. Especially Skraag, wtf did they huff him? He's wiping out Barak Varr, Thorgrim and Karak Hirn within like 20 turns seems like. Then pushes into zhugbar, Nuln, through Averland/Strirland into like Talabecland, pushes Clan Angrund back, takes Estalia/Tilea and south to Khemri and starts messing with Thorek soon after as well.

i agree cleaving only when dnd is down on a 20~? second cd with two charges is hella fuckin dumb , but honestly i can't really think of another way to get cleave into the dk's kit other than making obliterate/frost strike cleave when you get killing machine procs or something . having dnd be such a long cd when you move from pack to pack so often feels terrible . it also doesn't help that something is inherently wrong with frostscythe so never use it
@@Cyl444444 It's pretty obvious. Either you buff Frostscythe so that it's actually good like it was in Legion, or Obliterate cleaves when Remorseless Winter is up instead of DND, or, and this is my favorite option, buff Howling Blast so it does actual damage again. There was a time when Frost didn't have "cleave" and our AoE damage was still great because Howling Blast hit like a truck. For Unholy, we don't need cleave and never have, just buff our DoTs so that when multiple targets have DoTs we do big damage, and buff Epidemic. Unholy used to be about applying big dots, spreading them, and getting some additional damage by spamming Blood Boil (which would now be spamming Epidemic).
They said in 11.2 frost will get a rework, so we shall see if it's ret like rework or just minor tweaks
@@Vic-qp1gk source? Also, waiting for 11.2 is just painful when other specs such as Fire (which was already pretty good) is getting yet another improvement to their trees. It's becoming obvious that Blizzard invests much more time in some classes than others.
They wont remove it. The dk dev only cares about unholy and he should be fired

id prolly wait on dk til they announce actual reworks for it lol. all they have said so far is stuff about resource flooding and doing "something" to death n decay

@@The_Fictionist preach said it pretty well n I tested them on the alpha. u forget they are there in about 5 mins of pulling tbh. n since they have basically no interaction with how you play u just forget about them. unfortunate. deathbringers a lot more fun imo
@@jaded-harper yeah , seems to be the consensus with dks that Rider is really just a meh tree compared to deathbringer which sucks cause it would be nice to have the both of them good/fun so you at least had some sort of choice but oh well
