Agree with most things, but will say this; Jane's superior clear time stems from the fact that Jane herself is extremely busted, while Piper's very competitive clear time comes from how well she synergises with both caesar and burnice.
@@NeverGoLucky This was a huge surprise for me lol I was testing and gathering info on her iFrames/Animation Times and suddenly: "wait hold'on why I can spin that fast using only BA2?"
Yanagi's guide looks different, huh? 😭 I'll start testing and working on her guide throughout the week. Sorry for the delay, but I'm not losing sleep just because I don't have early access lol ALSO, WE'RE CLOSE TO 1K! Thank you so much for all the support, and LET'S GOOOOOOO! 🔥
I think the thing M6 does is extend the spin long enough for a 2nd assault to proc after the internal CD. So it boosts damage on stunned enemies if her buildup is high enough, but importantly she gets 15 sec runs on the Chaos Jazz farming! 😮
My most consistent clear on Shiyu this patch is Yanagi Piper disorder team, like holy damn the healthbar vanishes when you can inflict anomaly after anomaly. She's amazing, her and Corin are top tier no matter what the theorycrafters say
I still prefer her as a sub dps. You don't have to worry about energy as much, and c6 means you actually have enough time to do rotations before losing her stacks.
Really wish you uploaded this a week or two before, since I had already built Piper by then relying on 2-3 month old guides, but at least I now have something to do in case I lose my 50/50 in Yanagi's channel. Awesome video, and very useful guide!
M6R5 Piper M0R1Ceasar M0R0Burnice is my favorite team. Braindead, big numbers, satisfying sounds and abilities. I can run this and my Mono Ellen team forever lol
Why does nobody dash attack out of the ex special final hit. You can spin to 45% the. Final hit and proc assault. Dash cancel as soon as you land the slam and do it again. It cost Soooo much less energy. The final hit of her ex special does like over 50% of an assault proc “circle” but usually gets wasted because the extra build up does not carry over to the next proc. So if you spin to like 90% and use final hit. Or 40% final hit. It does the same assault dmg, just faster and with way less energy.
If I wanted to play DPS Burnice with Piper as the mostly off-field Disorder detonator, should I run AM slot 6 even though I have Piper's c1? The plan is to only use Piper once Burn has triggered and to get the fastest Assault/Disorder proc possible and then go back to on-fielding Burnice until the next burn. Also, is anomaly buildup affected by level?
@@Bl4kAce Yes, in this case, run AM D6. If you're not building another assault after the disorder trigger, you can also remove Fanged Metal 4pc, since you won't benefit from it. Instead, you can run Freedom Blues 4pc, or a 2/2/2 setup using Fanged Metal/Freedom Blues/Chaos Jazz. And no, buildup is not affected by your level, only anomaly damage.
Hi very helpful video. You said energy regeneration rate helps regenerate energy when attacking so what does energy regen % helps with then? I'm confused about the difference between the two. I see some people try energy regen % on yanagi for slot 6 as well but some other says it's not good. If you can please kindly provide an explanation on why it's not good, that would be appreciated. Thanks
Energy Regen on Yanagi is definitely a bad idea. Energy Regeneration (the one found on Disc Slot 6 and Swing Jazz 2pc, for example) only increases your passive Energy Regeneration. Energy Generation Rate (found on Defender Battle Pass Weapon and Anby's Signature Weapon, for example) increases both Passive Energy Regeneration and Energy Gain from your Attacks.
@@ahabsnew3926 energy regen on yanagi is to use her as a sub dps, it allows her to come on splurge all her disorders in one go, and then gain them faster off screen, i wouldn't say its the best way to use her as most people use her as an on field dps, but if for instance u use her on a jane team with jane hogging the on field then those quick big bursts of damage can make what would be an awkward team viable, else jane and her would be fighting for the same screen time, basically she's a more flexible jane..

Piper + Cezar feels fantastic. Shielded Piper is super simple to play lol

Your timing couldn't have been better, especially when all the other guides are 3 months old at this point. Much appreciated.
Nice guide. I always find more useful information in your videos than on most other CC.
Keep it up the good work!

This is assuming you don’t need to spin for power stacks obviously

The builds in this game are so wildly complex. I have no idea what's going on.
So I’ve returned to this game after 1.1, how does the build change if I’m running Koleda Lucy (M4) and Piper (M6)
