Are you an official? I'm not trying to argue or justify decisions made in this video, but just curious because they certainly need people, especially those who think they can do better.
It was definitely a foul for the "penalty," but it was in the Arch and should've been a free kick. To miss that and to be in the position the ref was in was pretty bad. The defender went through the front of the player. Had it been shoulder to shoulder, I'd say no foul. Several missed calls, but that's the issue with the dual system.
2-3 Violent Conducts or Serious Foul Play incidents. The referee assignors should be ashamed of themselves. Instead of putting a body on matches, they should assign people who have the knowledge and experience to officiate these types of matches...wow
