Ollie is quite a mystery, he could be many characters. The prototype, an orphan, the security system, or an unknown character we never knew of, or even a redesign character. Whoever he is, we need to keep our guard up, who knows if he's good or bad. But I have a sneaky suspicion that he is not 🚫🤔

Ngl i never doubted and thought of Ollie as the prototype/catnap even for a sec because i think "Oh our friend who was helping us was actually the ENEMY ALL ALONG OMG1!!!!" type of plot is way too simple and overused, i dont think they'll go with that story

The most convincing theory of who Ollie is maybe baby long legs? cuz he still sounds like a child, even though he has LOADS of knowledge about the factory and playcare.

Cuz it can’t really be a orphan from the factory because they would sound more grown up also I kinda think it’s the prototype because he wanted us to kill catnap so he could take his body to upgrade himself
Besides all of this, for the final chapter (whichever one it is), I hope we’ll fight the Protoype in the *labs,* which he has transformed from his old prison into a dark domain that he can happily reside in.

Ngl, I feel like Chapter 4 could take place in the laboratories of Playtime Co. since in one of the tapes where Leith Pierre is talking to CatNap he mentions that the Prototype's home is in the labs. Poppy did say that CatNap was the last obstacle before the Prototype, so I feel like there is at least a slight chance of the next big location being the labs.
Ollie is likely boogie bot the appearence even fits his voice
There's already been a cardboard cutout for boogie bot that reveals his voice and it's different

DogDay's cardboard cutout voice and his actual monster voice are different, so why not Boogie Bot

Ollie might be Hoppy Hopscotch, his voice is fairly similar to Hoppy Hopscotch. My theory is, that Hoppy Hopscotch had special access to facility secrets and used the knowledge to guide us to beating CatNap. DogDay must’ve thought Hoppy Hopscotch died. But Hoppy Hopscotch had knowledge to escaping the chains.
the thing is hoppy is a girl
everyone knows hoppy died lol, dogday was the only one imprisoned, the rest either got killed by the prototype, catnap himself, and them killing eachother. Plus, if we view their cardboard cutout, at the end they scream as they fall into an abyss, that might have been a way hoppy died aswell.
dogday refers to himself and catnap as the last smiling critters ( before one gets munched and the other gets catnapped) even tho there is mini smiling critters, so oli could actually be one of the mini ones, this would also make sense with the official song showing hoppy hopscotch and catnap, however i think oli is actually boogie bot

I think our next location will be the abandoned toy area, I also think Ollie could be both the security system and the prototype, because I think the prototype is the factory itself or at least heavily attached to it possibly even built into it. Maybe it took the dead toys to help build itself into the factory
See, my theory for Ollie is the fact that he might be Hoppy Hopscotch. If you play the voices from the cardboard cutout, the voices are near identical. Also, going back to what you said with the green coloring.
interesting but I feel like since they're progressing w the horror aspect naturally they're gonna make a scary antagonist; boxy boos not cut for it imo but they could b another side antagonist like pj pug

i feel like we wont be seeing boxy boo outside the hour of joy tape, as poppy states that CatNap is the final obstacle the Prototype has placed against us

the 3 characters i think might be in chapter 4 are the real huggy wuggy because even though poppy said we killed them poppy wasnt even there to see it and maybe boxy boo or one of the removed chapter 2 characters
I think some of chapter 4 was also planned out while the development of chapter 3,that's why the release date is nearer than we think or I'm just gonna regret saying this in the future😅. cause why the heck would it take such a long period of time for a big dev crew to develop such a small chapter!

Though this theory is good, I would prefer the plot twist of Ollie being The Prototype.
The Prototype has loads of knowledge about the factory due to residing in it for more than 4 years and it could be setting a final trap for the player as a part of some plan, idk.
Although this leads me to one major flaw: Why would The Prototype help in killing his followers and CatNap? Maybe it was to gain The Player´s trust and trick Poppy (because, as far as I´m aware, Poppy never mentioned meeting with Ollie previous to the events of Chapter 3). But well, that are just my thoughts.

Not really, he said he was "the last of the Smiling Critters". CatNap was still alive, so I took that to mean more of "all the others are either dead or corrupted" rather than "everyone else is dead"

Ollie could be trying to lead us to the prison because we aren’t meant to be there. Or maybe Ollie is some sort of electronic based larger body creature sorta like Boogie Bot because if it can control the electronics then it could be part electronic
Theory:maybe the green text in ollie's dialogue might be hinting that ollie is a child who was experimented on and was turned into hoppy hopscotch because hopscotch fire is green and it matches ollie's text

Similar story with Daddy and Baby Long legs and Daisy. Maybe bring back Huggy Wuggy too
People been saying that ollie might be a child and the toys kept the children in the factory but if they did keep the children there and ollie was a child they wouldve been adults by now and some of the toys couldve killed the kids during the hour of joy or they got so hungry they decided to eat the kids. But i think ollie is probably a different character not a child and i don't think the children are still in the factory

I'm glad that you acknowledged that Ollie is green and Poppy is red and dog day is orange because a lot of the RUclips videos I have watched are claiming to say that Ollie is not Ollie and instead the prototype I believe that Ollie is not the prototype and this video makes more sense to me than every other theory out there I was going to make a video talking about Ollie's color being green but you did a perfect job explaining everything that I was going to try to do but end up failing Good job I love this video
I somehow have trust in ollie since poppy said that he was an ally. It is kinda expected for ollie to betray us or be the prototype, which i think that mobgames probably wont do
Theory/fact or smt: poppy is with us in ppt chapt2, she has red as her name on the text she has, in chapt1 we get a _red_ hand, Ollie is with/introduced in ppt chapt3, his name on the text is green. In chapt2 we get a _green_ hand, DogDay is also introduced in chapt3, and has _orange_ on his text name; that could name DogDay might even play a bigger role in chapt4!!
(Also another theory): if you compare dogdays lines(cardboard cutout) with Ollies, you can find that they are somewhat similar: DogDay might be Ollie, or the child of Ollie: DogDay and Ollie also know the same amount of info in the factory.
I hope they add catnap and all the chapter 3 important characters as killers soon imagine catnap's mechanics!
Too many people keep saying Boxy is dead because they believe he’s in the shrine but that’s just a toy sized mini version and can be ignored. As boxy was shown in the basement, I assume he’s still down there, no problem. We just haven’t been there yet.

yk, if one of the 13 toys will be in chapter 4, it has to be daisy the flower, I mean she is the most popular rejected toy yet, she has her own cutout in chapter 2, mommy long legs has unused voicelines for her, shes in so many posters, and she used to be in the place of bunzo, too bad shes now a rejected toy

I think that the "ace" meant to be dogday because he was the leader of the "smiling criters" and he wanted to help us kill catnap but he was replaced by ollie
So about boxy boo. You do know that because of us crashing the train we technically destroyed all of the areas in project poetalong with just assassinating him with the train and do I really need to mention what happened to the Mini Huggies we literally killed and because of a Mini game when we needed to get the code.

I thought Ollie might be that Dino toy, the one that got attacked by the other toys because they didn’t like him. He is green, and is shown a lot in posters. He could be using a voice changer, and maybe he is upset that he was being disliked by the rest. Idk

The prototype is ollie think of it the prototype can change its voice to a kids monster and other so on and so forth so the prototype is helping but it would not be right Because the prototype wants us dead because he knows we will stop his plans and save poppy and other friendly toys but if the prototype had 10 years to build its body then in chapter 2 he would have shown himself but he wasted those 10 years but why?

well my theory is capeable to make both true . catnap was the last monster prototype had controll over rest monsters are not under his controll they act on their own they dont listen to him
i believe that the main villains of the chapters were something like his generals that eigther worked for him beacause they love him (catnap) or beacause they fear him (mommy longlegs)
and now the next chapter will be figthing the sole monsters no prototype in controll just monsters doing what monsters do
