Make a knife video with a lot of love gordo!
🐠 DRY AGE IN CAVIAR!! 🐠
11 MONTHS IN A ROW!
COMMENTING ON EVERY VIDEO, ON EVERY CHANNEL. COME ON GUGA! LETS GOOO! :)
What I want is to stop requesting you to dry age with chamoy, that can only happen when you do that though.
I know that it's the channels catch phrase but honestly, the ingredients looked pretty good already.
Guga please. Dry age steak in meat extract. It's a product we have in Uruguay 🇺🇾.
Angel going "That's a good MFking burger right there." got me smiling.
He wasn’t lying
Samuel L Jackson vibes
Angel tells it like it is. No pretense or fancy descriptions. I trust his judgment, even if he won't eat anything green.
Also, is it just me,, or does Angel look like Steph Curry?
I haven’t been able to try Birria tacos yet and Guga’s out here makin Burria burgers
That's what I'm saying. Looks bussin tho
Make the sauce on the ready. Lasts about a week in the fridge.
Dude you’re missing out 😆
I don't mean to fanboy here but bakerstuts taught me how to edit when I was 12 and now I've got a social media marketing job 11 years later! Cheers Baker!
@@MikeyD bro... did you saw the size of that rib? No one gives a F about you editing.
Every single video Guga puts out gets me more addicted to his cooking. Great stuff again Guga!
Thank you Brenda!
Okay, I've been watching for many years and this is officially my favourite thing you've ever made. I can smell it in my mind… I need to set a weekend aside to make this. One day for making and one day for eating.
By the way, I really like Leo. He's a polite and humble young man. Someone raised that boy right. He's also getting more comfortable on camera. Good for him!
Do it. DOOOO IIIIIT!!!!!!!!11111111oneoneoeneone
Birria is one of those rare things that you should make an absolute goal to try at least once. It's such a great combination of bold but not spicy (unless you want/make it spicy) and _deeply_ flavorful.
I'm mexican and a lot of the times, mexican inspired dishes that youtubers make are not something i would like to try. This is different because You can see the passion Guga has for food, resulting in an amazing fussion of american and mexican cuisine
Absolutamente de acuerdo con usted. Esto sí que es antojable y conserva su origen mexicano. Es muy diferente a tantas otras locuras que inventan por ahí. Supongo que Oscar de La Capital ha influído positivamente a Guga.
Does it bother you that he can't do the "rr" sound?
@@timdolinger1352 who cares about the pronunciation if he cooks like a god? XD
@@rx65m Oscar es el puto amo, influye positivamente en todo el que lo mira
Unlike tamale pie 🤮 I agree, I’d actually try this!
Fun fact, first Sous Vide Everything video to my knowledge that the Sous Vide meat wasn't featured in the "doesn't look good but watch this!" segment but a completely different meat to be grilled or cast iron fried.
I think the burger was unnecessary to be honest just fill those buns up with the short rib baby haha
@@ToughTinkerballs i thought he would pack the shredded meat into patties
I had a Shake Shack birria collab burger recently and it’s as good as it sounds. They put a deep fried, crunchy corn tortilla on top of the meat to add texture and reduce sogginess. No cheese, but added a salsa verde for acidity and heat. Astonishing combo. I’m sure Guga’s is amazing too. The meats and flavors are a perfect match.
The Birria torta I get at the food cart comes with pickled red onions. It makes it so much better in my opinion
the acid and the onions crunch really comes through in a fatty mushy sandwich like that
I have to agree but he did add pickled jalapeños which does a good job too.
Both would be better for sure
This is a brilliant video. The guests seem so happy, and it made me happy watching.
Never had homemade birria before only in a restaurant, but I'm about to run to the store and grab all of the ingredients. Thanks for my 4th of July burger recipe!
That looks insane. I'll bet it's incredibly rich in flavor and would make outstanding sliders. I think you out did yourself with that burger.
It does. I've done it. Works amazingly well with King's Hawaiian savory rolls or slider buns in particular. Toast your bread (or if you're the type that goes for sick levels of overkill, garlic-bread your bread) and melt on some pepper jack cheese, add a fat dollop of birria, dunk it in consomme, eat until you're too fat to move, take a nap afterward.
This has got to be the most insanely good sounding burger I've ever seen. I can just imagine those flavors coming together. I've only had those flavors apart.... my mouth is a waterfall at this point.
You are truly a Dr. Frankenstein! Dr. Gugenstien, every episode a new monster! Kudos!
If you're going to cook the short ribs til they shred apart on their own was there a point in using such a high marbling score short rib? Could take a choice short rib, add a couple spoons of wagyu beef tallow and call it a day?
love the way the torch ended up just charring the meat so beautifully, but that shot at 0:47 when the meat pulls away from itself was something else!!
Excellent work Guga! With how flavorful and savory birria is, I wonder if it would be any better with MSG and I+G (a lesser known food additive but something almost everyone eats every day, because it's a potentiator that makes MSG ~4x more potent it's almost always added to processed snack foods in addition to the normal MSG) added.
Angeellll!! I love the trio y’all have going on now, man, but talk more! I miss the crazy and silly things you used to say! 😂 They made the show so much more funny!! I feel like you’re holding back now..
Hey Guga, thanks for your great videos.
After watching your videos, I have three requests for future videos:
- Please try some other cattle breeds than wagyu and American beef.
- How do you clean all your pans and other cooking ustensils so they continue to be so shiny ?
- Please cook a foie gras in a terrine using sous vide.
And yes I'll repeat those requests often. ;)
I’m American born to parents from Jalisco (birria’s birthday place) and I can approve this. Well done, Guga.
Love the content. Have you tried tenderize steaks with Asian Pears?
You know I was looking at this recipe and I was just mouth watering as I saw it, everything about it is amazing 🤤🤤
Another lovely video Guga ❤️
Sous vide Birria is amazing. I make this following Guga recipe every other week
This was one of those videos that gave me chills just reading the title, because I knew immediately it was going to be amazing. My oh my, I want this burger.
After years of watching both of your channels this HAS to be my favorite video now...Man I would love to try this
Watching this at midnight when I’m supposed to be sleeping but now my mouth is watering 😩
I really like the little editing touches during the tasting ^^
I have never been so disappointed that i am unable to reach into the screen and grab a burger! 🤣
I made this before trying to make the tacos. 10/10 would recommend, they are amazing! My family as well as myself absolutely loved them.
yall have the best job ever! im jealous beyond measure but good for u guys i love that people can do what they love for a living! props
I like when they suggest to make the burger, but this burger cost around 200-300 bucks to make, if not more!
This one is bookmarked! Will be trying this soon. That dip looks insane!
"Damn, you gon eat with your wrist bro?" had me dead!
I've made my first sous vide steak yesterday. Thanks for the inspiration!
In the same way Guga made the Birria butter, you can make bone broth butter. De-fat your broth before storage, and that fat is and awesome basting butter. It's even better if you use bone marrow in making the broth.
Watching this video made me cry. leave out the onions and it would be perfection. I need this in my life.
To be honest, I have watched thousands videos on RUclips including over hundreds videos from Guga about food and this was by FAR the most amazing and mouth watering things I have ever seen in my life!
Your food always amazing! You should make a compilation of your favorite side dishes!
Holy burger guys! You really swung for the fences on this one. I think you got all of it! 😳😋
It was amazing 👍
Guga you always say that “I know the ingredients don’t look that good right now, but just watch.” but they always still look great! Don’t demean it beforehand. It always looks amazing.
Don’t you step on tradition young Callum
If you think I am your wrong. I’m just saying that it always looks good no matter what he does. I never said he should stop saying it. He just always makes amazing looking foods. That’s all. I’m not stepping on tradition.
@@Callster take it easy man, was just a lighthearted jest
I lol’d when angel said “damn you eat with your wrists bro”
Just made birria tacos have so much left over, perfect idea 💡 !
I've been watching and following every Guga videos and may get hungry afterwards. This episode is exceptional, made me drool non-stop. 🤤
I’m still waiting to see a bracket competition between gugas best steak experiments, side dishes and sandwiches/burgers. That would be awesome
Why always when im hungry
WHY DO YOU GIVE ME THE TOUGHEST BATTLES LORD?
I love how the birria has been so good recently he's totally fine with the cursing!
I laughed pretty hard at the "HEAVEN I'M COMING!" 😆
I like Angel’s reactions
Hey Guga, it's me again! Please make Filipino food! Some would recommend pork sinigang, chicken adobo, and beef bulalo but I personally recommend kare-kare and pork sisig! I'd love to see you try it traditionally and then put your spin on it!
OMG I am salivating like a Saint Bernard waiting patiently for his fresh-cooked bacon treat!! :D
Love the video and ideas as always!! Was wanting to try pickling some jalapeños... Am I missing the ratio for water/sugar/vinegar? Thanks!!
this, I am very sad its not always linked in the description down below for me :(
Love the addition of the napkins!
Oscar will be sooooooo proud of that burger, yo I'm salivating right now, Goddammn, greetings from Dominican Republic.
When he says lord have mercy, you know it’s good
Angel looked so excited to bite into that burger 🤣🤣
I usually try to have some food when I watch your videos because they always make me hungry😋
Haven't even watched the video and already I pressed like 🤣 I've been binge watching that I feel like I can trust him 😂. I can't wait to recreate
I haven't watched this video yet but I know this is going to be good.
you can make the Confit garlic with sous vide as well, just drop a mason jar with oil to the water and let it run. the garlic comes out amazing.
Really excited to watch this video! But before that, I would love to suggest a video idea... It would be awesome dry age meat in blue cheese, something like Roquefort or gorgonzola. Thanks for your work!
I love blue cheese but damn
@@ThoVCor999 i don't suggest it because of the blue cheese flavour (which I love too) but for the mould it has... Maybe it changes a lot the flavour!
He's done dry age cheese before.
@@SayGahTaah yeah, but not blue cheese
Now I know what I'm going to make for the Fourth of July!
Looks soooo good! Congrats!
Oh… some ingredients are missing. ;)
Now we need a burger battle for the title of the Best Burger between that one and the Smash Burger
6:17 man came in his pants right there and then 😅😂
Guga i am very happy to see you use some maple syrop in this episode and i can’t wait to see another episode with more! Greet looking 🍔! I recommend you to try, caramilize your meat with maple syrop, use maple charcoal, compound maple syrop butter, and for a experiment, bacon fat dry age experiment.
This looks amazing and I'll have to try it, I did a similar idea with a French dip sandwich using a burger and it was also phenomenal. 👍
Guga teach us about vegetables too!!, i been watching all your videos and recently got a sous vide machine because you inspire me, but look man, i want to just sous vide EVERYTHING, like drop the protein, vegetables and just sear and forget.. i cant find any vengetables or sides videos in your channel.
Birria in mexico is like the heaven of taco
Every time he makes something he over-sales it like it’s the best thing ever. But then when he shows the result and the crew do the taste test, you know that it lives up to the hype most of the time. I so want to eat this burger now I’m about to put my phone into my mouth.
Idk man, it all feels oversold.
Then again, I've never made anything with A5 Wagyu short-rib, so how can I say for sure?
@@MagnokTheMighty some other videos might be oversold but this isn't one of them. Everything in this video is mind blowing separately, I can barely imagine what it's like together in the one mouthful.
@@MagnokTheMightywell you can't
Adding this to my guga menu in my kitchen! Looks so good!!
Guga *sees some random dish*
Adds wagyu to the recipe
*This the best thing ever so Les dooo it*
Hi Guga, you might not notice this comment but I wish we could see you cook Kare-Kare on this SVE channel. It's basically a beef peanut stew and it' really good with rice. You don't have to use tripe, you can just use oxtail vs an elevated one that uses a fancier cut of beef. Really wish I could see a vid like that someday.
LOL those jalapeno, plus a few herbs and other green chillies/peppers are the only green stuff angel will tolerate.
Let's see what you got guga.
Eh pretty sure I make something similar when I get stoned sometimes. Short rib sandwiches with patty or hotdogs dipped in jus. Think the boys bin enjoying alot of greenery.
You know its so delicious when guga can't stop eating, most of the time he's focused on describing what it tastes like 😂
Facts
YES!!!!! Y’all saw my suggestion!!!!!! That makes me so happy!!!!
angel's face after that first bite
Daaaayyyuuumm! That looks so freaking good! 🤯🔥
Can you do a video of you remaking your favorite 3-5 burgers you ever made on either channel and have yall judge the best one?
Guga's gonna Birria-ize the heck out of everything like how other Big Mac-ize everything
I have a food experiment suggestion. I have no idea by what process brisket is made into corned beef, but do it at home to prove you’re good at it, then try corning other cuts of beef, and even other varieties of meat. Corned filet mignon, corned chicken and corned pulled pork. I might be crazy, but it might be good. Who knows?
I just woke up and now I want a burger for breakfast
Guga I love your experiments. !!!!! 💯 You should give this a try. A “ Birria pizza 🍕
I just made a pool of saliva and drool from my mouth watering after watching this video.
This looks like something i could eat every day for the rest of my life without ever getting over it.
Short rib is awesome for burgers. Just used it 2 weeks ago. SR and beef loin or 😋 😋 😋
Super creative. I'd make that. Very nice Guga.
I think i would burst in tears of joy, if I could ever taste something so delicious like Guga's food.
You should do a wagu version of a Salisbury steaks and of a sloppy joe
Damn! I can’t wait to start trying Gaga’s recipes and following all these processes.
If I go to heaven, I want Guga’s steaks and burgers for the rest of my time in heaven. Lol
You had me at painting with fire
11:11 remember those sponge dinosaur things
never salivated so much ust watching a video
Yo bro when all three of you took a bite I subconsciously opened my mouth up like I was taking a bite too! I feel cheated 😂
Here's something I don't think you've tried:
Fermented Shrimp Paste.
Also known as BAGOONG in the Philippines and most southeast asian countries.
Commonly found in most asian supermarkets or well stocked asian sections in mainstream american supermarkets (ie not that hard to attain).
Perhaps try initially as a compound butter?
Or a dry aging method?
Or a marinade when putting into sous vide?
I'd be interested to see if you're down for trying, Guga.🤔
I'm typically content to just watch Guga and Sous Vide Everything videos... but I seriously wanna try this.
I shouldn't have watched this, as late as I did. Had to raid my kitchen after this one. Shit looks so damn good!
Look very delicious 🤤 😋 I love different kind of burger’s
