Heyyy! This is my set! I made these a couple months ago (before RR2.0 was released)!! I’m very happy to see that you like most of them! Vancouver was very fun to design as it was a homage/heritage to the Vancouver Grizzlies of the NBA which could also be used to appreciate indigenous peoples.
I want to do more concepts, but I also want a theme. Are there any themes that you guys would like to see?

Neil that Vancouver Canucks concept is based off the original Vancouver Grizzlies of the NBA back in the old days! Nonetheless it is SO gorgeous and my favorite one!!!

I always enjoy these concept videos but one thing I wish they would start adding with the rest of the NHL teams is the all-star jerseys. This year's really is a hit and I would love to see how these concept artists would make them.

Neil, the Vancouver Canucks jersey is in homage to the Vancouver Grizzlies who are now the Memphis Grizzlies. Awesome jersey!

Funny thing about Detroit using a black jersey.... When I was a kid I thought they were named after the Redwing Blackbird. So seeing them wear black doesn't seem weird for me.

That Vancouver one was a awesome job!! On the Tampa one, the shoulder patch in those colors would look great as the primary logo instead and use one of the Gasparilla themed logos on the shoulders. Nicely done!

the Cleveland Barons had the Ohio state outline with the "C" & the "A" back in the mid-1970s.
The Flyers had done something similar a couple of years ago with Captain/Alternate Captian patch, with the Keystone design.
that’s what I was going for. Trying to incorporate a defunct Ohio team and pay homage with the CBJ :)
As a Rangers fan, I love Aiden's concept here! I've always liked seeing (and making lol) concepts that use their white jersey's shoulder stripes on a blue jersey. The Lady Liberty arm stripes aren't quite doing it for me, only because they include the silver that's not anywhere else in the jersey, but keep the angled shape with a little recoloring and it'd be fantastic.
Other honorable mentions go to Boston, Buffalo, Florida, Seattle, Vancouver (obviously!), and Washington. Well done all around, Aiden! 👏

That Jets jersey would make a great RR. I love the updated classic Jets logo! That Columbus design would make a good alternate. Detroit screams Stadium Series.

The guy has a lot of interesting ideas where I think even if something missed, there are individual things from the uniform I think, if done differently, would be a great great addition in a uniform. Good job to the artist.

The Boston one is awesome but the jersey would be in violation of the NHL rule book because it states the captains must have a letter indicating who is designated as such.
Really!? I never knew that. That’s unfortunate. Under the nhl rule book, would the leafs one work? The C is on the elbow if you didn’t notice!

Note: Vancouver did release an indigenous brand in their logo of this in ‘Grizzlies’ colours. It’s got the teal, copper and red trim. I own the jersey. It’s a beaut
Look up the old Vancouver Grizzlies NBA jerseys and that's what these Canucks jerseys look like if they ever do this they have to have permission from the Memphis Grizzlies to do a jersey like that

If you remove the yellow strip neck to the collar and the yellow band behind the numbers in the Bruins jersey and id buy it in a heartbeat.
For the Canes one: 1) consistent shade of red and 2) drop the gradient around the collar(sleeves is ok but I'd probably drop it there too). I do like the concept if those two changes got applied and I also like the triangle behind the flags paying homage to the original 3rd jersey.

@aidentyr sometimes lighting and computer settings can play games with colors... I am kind of surprised how well the backing triangle worked on new flag vs. old flag.
Vancouver owners should look at this new former Grizzlies uniform and pass the concept to the current Vancouver Jersey!!!!

@@aidentyrrr I don’t mind the Burger King jersey myself… maybe have the primary color of the jersey be white with purple gradient and maybe the 1990s LA kings logo in purple and gold, rather than the current logo. But still have the Burger King on the shoulders. 👍🏻

Canucks' jersey is an ode to the Vancouver Grizzlies NBA jerseys. I think the white lower half of the orca logo looks waay better on this jersey than it looks on the Canucks' current blue jerseys

Oilers is always my hardest to design next to VGK because it’s really hard to combine and clash when they have one 2-3 jerseys worn in their history 😭

Man that Columbus Blue Jackets jersey is Dope!!!!!!!!.I'm really digging the logo, it's 100 times better than the current jersey their using now.I really hate Columbus current logo is jst so boring.
Can any of these concept designers please be allowed to design some of these new jerseys because some of the new stuff is so lame like the coyotes alternate with nothing but a wordmark

That Panthers jersey from a design stand point is great, but those colors do not work for the Panthers. It feels more like a Penguins jersey. Great job on Boston and that Canucks jersey with the Grizzlies branding is amazing

Hey Neil love watching your show big Boston Bruins fan since the sixties Bobby's 2nd year in the league Help me out with the NHL All Star game very disappointing very c***** jerseys the whole 3 on 3 concept to me I hate it bring back East against West how about some concept jerseys on All Star games and go back to ole time hockey have it mean something like baseball does winner gets home field despite records..NHL need do the samething or something better then this last weekend...keep up the show and look forward to more vids...Go Bruins.

@@aidentyrrr I'm not a fan of the black & red. Black jersey, fine, just need red & white in it. If you put the Wings regular logo on there & either do their home or away jersey design. It would be fine.
My thoughts: @aidentyr You did a fantastic job on these concepts. Love the chances you took, and quite frankly you did a better job than I could ever think about doing. Keep up the great work and I hope to see more designs and the passion you have in your work. This is all subjective criticism, so don't take it too harshly, or think I hate any of the designs you did. If you want to provide some feedback, that'd be cool, but if not, that's cool as well. I'm just a stranger on the internet.
Anaheim - like the Duck, but not a fan of the shoutout to the movie. I feel it cheapens a design that probably could be used for an outdoor game/Alternate.
Arizona - Like the design, feels at home for being an alternate jersey.
Boston - Love the out of the box thinking of the "letter" on the sleeves. I think it tracks well for an NHL design overall.
Buffalo - Being from Buffalo, playing sports in the area, I've seen way too similar designs in recreational leagues. I was hoping for an attempt to a out of the box logo for the main logo.
Carolina - Similar issues with the many different shades of red. I like the little detail in the "C". If a gradient needed to happen on the shoulders, starting from Black around the neck, going to red, with the shoulder patch would've made that stand out more.
Columbus - Love the Logo to the point, that I want THAT to be their main logo for now on. Love the Captaincy letter design. Like the shoulder patch simplicity. The sleeve design, I feel, should be something different. I feel the red for the Blue Jackets needs to be more subtle and used less, with the silver being added in other areas.
Calgary - Not a fan of the captaincy lettering design. It's kind of a miss for me.
Chicago - I like the feathers design concept, but I think if you put those in a circle, and angle them a little to show movement it would help a lot. Also I feel for the stripes, you don't need to have black separating each color. Either group them together without the black separating, or do the Red/Green, then black, yellow/orange/yellow, then black, and then green/red. Overall it has a makings of a great out of the box design, I think it just needs a few tweaks.
Colorado - I feel the design is a little too bland for me. I felt that there needed to be some accent colors to go along with the silver line that goes separates the blue and maroon. On a personal choice, I probably would've done the Nordiques' blue.
Dallas - I like the jersey design as a whole, but I would like the main logo to be the shoulder patch.
Detroit - I wouldn't mind seeing this as an alternate, but I do think some white would've made some aspects pop a little more.
Edmonton - Like the overall jersey. Don't like the Logo. Just gives off a feeling of "not finished".
Florida - Nice and clean feel to it.
Los Angeles - Very "Roller Hockey" feel to the jersey. Lots of unused space.
Minnesota - Like the shoulder patch. Don't like much of the rest of the jersey.
Montreal - Simple design, if you're going with two colors, this is probably a good example of how much you should do with the jersey with just two colors.
New Jersey - Logo is rough for me, with it being to similar to looking like a Bison. The Sleeve patches aren't working for me here, though I like the design themselves. I think it would look sharper if the jersey main color was white, instead of the lighter red. It's on the right path to a cool jersey design.
Nashville - I like the majority of the design, and love the colors. I just feel the bottom of the jersey is missing something.
New York Islanders - Nice simple basic design. As a fan of the logo, I agree in that this has been the best use I've seen from concepts.
New York Rangers - I feel like there are too many different directions this jersey wants to go in at first glance.
Ottawa - Not a fan of the look. Don't like the middle stripes.
Philadelphia - Love the shoulder patches, I love the idea of using one of the sleeve ideas, really unique there. Not a fan of mixing both together. I feel the the piping on the white side of the jersey is the reason. Makes it feel like you stitched together two totally different jerseys, in a bad way. Without the striped side not having their own piping it throws the jersey look off.
Pittsburgh - Don't mind the logo, or the colors. Not a fan of the shoulder striping going on. I feel it clashes, and it doesn't serve a purpose.
Seattle - I feel the jersey really needs a Logo instead of the Word Script. The colors are nice.
San Jose - Not a fan of the design. Makes it look like someone is wearing a shrunken Teal jersey on top of a white jersey.
St Louis - Simple design with those colors will always look nice. I think the dark numbers don't pop as much.
Tampa Bay - Love the logo, but probably would look better as a shoulder patch. I also like shoulder patch. I'm not a fan of the gradient color design, especially without anything to break up the jersey.
Toronto - Always a sucker for Toronto going green. It's not a bad design, but I would hope a different material would be used for the shoulders.
Vancouver - Love the colors, logo, and overall design of the jersey. I feel the design on the bottom stripe is too much. I think if you just have as solid line below, without the design, it would make the sleeves more impactful with the design.
Vegas - I'm not a fan of the look, in general, I feel it's too plain, without any sense of direction.
Winnipeg - Love this jersey concept and design. Probably a top 2 choice of mine.
Washington - Like the clean look of the jersey. I think the only thing I would've added on this, is a dark blue piping stripe at the bottom jersey, where the White and tan/gold meet to separate them.

Rangers have the worst jerseys. Someone needs to make something new.
It’s hard to make a jersey for a team who’s only had like 3-4 in their past. Really difficult to be innovative. Thank you for your feedback!
