Will the second electro harpoon (if fired after 50 heat) refresh the 35% slow or will it apply (replace) the slow with the 'danger zone' E?

No you have to activate it when it's already over 50 to get the effect.
rumble has to be in 50 heat or higher to get danger zone bonus
ability that brings the heat to 50 or higher will not have the danger zone dmg
his ultimate is not effected by danger zone bonus
