As someone who is a super high functioning autistic, can confirm, we don't do this. It's rather insulting to even consider this content as "autistic", even if meant as a joke. As someone who is a super high functioning autistic, can confirm, we don't do this. It's rather insulting to even consider this content as "autistic", even if meant as a joke. Sure we don't understand social cues or recognize emotions as well as most people, but we compensate for that with our ridiculous knowledge in niche subject matter and other things that are only notable to those that we are beholden to as friends and family.
