Could you make a video on what antenna setups are good for receiving HAM radio on the different bands like 40m, 20m 10m and CB band?
Since the included antenna is not very good when you want to receive other frequencies than broadcast FM.
I’ve also managed to receive the signal from an walkie talkie (pmr 446) while holding it next to the HackRF like in the video.
But other than that I wasn’t able to receive anything with that standard short antenna.
I guess you need a bigger antenna outside would be cool to see a video on that

Thx for the reply I’ve done some experiments with an nooelec balun and a long wire antenna made from an old cable.
It worked surprisingly good and I was able to receive lots of AM radio stations

Did you fry the amp on your hackrf by transmitting that close to it???😮😮😮
