hey girl! I think you should get layers in your hair!!! I hair hair curly similar to yours, it curls so much better with layers as well as face framing layers! Plus when you pull bits from the front when you do hair scarfs or messy buns its cute shorter curly wispy bits rather than long strands!

I saw a “hack” vid on using a drop of essential oil I think on a q tip to snap the bands!
If you find the mini plastic hair bands a pain to get out, put a drop of lemon oil on them, they'll dissolve!!
