Ibn Abbas (ra) is one of the most learned men of the Sahaba (Companions). Prophet Muhammad ((may Peace Be Upon Him)) even prayed for him saying "O Allah, make him acquire a deep understanding of the religion of Islam and instruct him in the meaning and interpretation of things." He with reference to Surah An-Nur “except only that which is apparent” as Ibn Kathir narrated with a Sahih (authentic) chain of narrators, said it’s "The hand, the ring, and the face." Finally I advise you to seek knowledge and to not let this be a demotivating factor for you. It was mentioned that Ibn Hazm entered the masjid at his time and someone told him to pray before he sits, so he got up and prayed. And then another time it is mentioned that he entered the mosque and he prayed before siting, and someone told him you should have sat before you prayed (as it was after asr, and the scholars differed on this) so it is mentioned that he began seaming knowledge and became a learnt all the fiqh matter in three years, and some say 9 years and some in between.
May Allah grant you success and beneficial knowledge

@@Anonymmuslim125may allah make it easy for you. Brother/sister we should take the knowledge of deen from Quran and sunnah upon the understanding of the salaf [the pious predecessors] (foremost Sahaba, tabieen and then taba tabiieen) . We have to understand and interpret how the best three generations understood. And not to follow our whims and desires or intellect...for eg...i think so so and because of my intellect...No. we dont do that.
And strive to learn from the scholars of sunnah in this world where we have the storytelllers all over the internet...but no ilm..only gives emotional talk...
May Allah make the path of seeking ilm easy for you. Aameen
Dear brother,
That's why it's so important to learn Arabic. So you can actually look up the Arabic resources yourself and see what would perhaps make more sense to you. According to the scholars, because the scholars have had their own ijtihaad and opinions based on that.
May Allah make it easy.
Of course niqab not necessary
What
Please look up the article "Niqab an Approach Based on the Proofs" as it has evidence for why scholars say Niqab is obligatory and why it isn't. One is stronger than the other. This helped me to understand that niqab is Fard, by the will of Allah.
If you're still in doubt, watch Tim Humble's lecture titled "The Muslim Woman"
One side of evidence is way stronger than the other.
May Allah guide us all.
@@faraaq I did but still not certain
@@faraaq many scholars have said it's not mandatory

its a joke
Idk but applying henna to the face seems stupid just cover you faces instead smh
Did u not listen to what he said before? The henna hack was recommended for women only during ihram, because covering face during ihram is literally not permissible. But carrying out the henna hack is not obligatory either, its just recommended incase the woman doesn’t wanna show her face
@@unknown_8588isn't it a wrong understanding? Niqab isn't to be worn during hajj but she can use cloth to cover her face:)

Except all sources of Islam say that Muslim women must cover everything except the face and hands. So what gives? Niqab is Not mandatory, it is merely advised, good, an extra step, etc.
What sources??? The evidence of niqab is actually stronger 🤣. I think you're typing based of emotions
see debate: is niqab obligatory AMAU
Narrated Safiya bint Shaiba:
'Aisha used to say: "When (the Verse): "They should draw their veils over their necks and bosoms," was revealed, (the ladies) cut their waist sheets at the edges and covered their faces with the cut pieces."
►Volume 6, Book 60, Number 282: (Sahih Bukhari)
Someone clearly didn’t watch the video 🤡
Sources: trust me bro 😅
Ukhtis don't listen to these Wahhabis
The niqab isnt obligatory, this is backed by most scholars as well as the quran and the ahadith
Allah knows best
Your saying wahabis show how ignorant you are. Maybe put some respect to the name of Allah al wahhab
Close to half of the scholars argue that it is wajib, the other ones claim that it is mustahhabb. If you tell women to show their faces, you do this due to the evil of your heart or ignorance, no other option.
@@lucidniprogramer589 I am an extremely pragmatic man and the niqab is not obligatory, the hijab is.
This is not about evil, just basic knowledge
@@MohamedAhmed-i1t1n And extremely humble judging by the apparent.
Here is an actual pragmatic dissection of whether or not the niqab is mandatory. Many Shafi'is, Most Hanbalis, and many Hanafis believe it to be, so not sure who you are to say that your pragmaticism is sufficient for istihlal.
