I’m closing in on rtmnt and I’d like to move from Minnesota to a warmer climate, but the prices on homes are ridiculous and mortgage prices skyrocketing on a roll, do I invest spare cash in stocks? cant leave all my money in bank now, or should I go ahead to buy a home anyways?

Great video! Biggest mistake I ever made was hiring a contractor from hell! And he was a referral! Make sure you always vet your vendors with at least 3 recommendations from other investors!!

Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by 589k USD in months. You have to seek for help in the right places.
I think it's not always about fear. Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For example, I have tried to invest in the stock market several times, but have always been put off by fluctuations in the value of shares

There are opportunities if you know where to go, as you noted that it wasn't difficult for me to earn more than $780k in the previous 10 months. Since I was aware that I would need a reliable and strong plan to get through these tough times, I engaged a portfolio advisor.

The key is to save your money...never stop learning....learn from other ppl...learn from your mistakes...it's ok to fall on your ass....failure is a learning experience....get out your comfort zone ...how the hell else are you going to learn if your not trying....dnt be scared...ppl will tell u ur crazy....most ppl won't believe in you....u gotta beleive in your self
