Billy butlin brought a smile to a lot of people in post war britain..sad to see this camp close but it has many memories for a lot of people.
When Bobby Butlin announced the closure of Filey he likely knew his father's original empire was on the downturn. I wish we could go back to those days as people were generally happy. Sir Billy was an incredible man for all he accomplished.
