Yeah - it's a common trick amongst photographers, I've never seen this done on video though. He's added a bokeh (focus blur) using photoshop, or something similar, to trick the eye into thinking that you must actually be looking at them from a close distance, and that they're just small, rather than big from far away.

This was either done with a special "tilt shift" lens
or done in post production using editing programs. the effect being "tilt shift"

I think they used tilt shift lens to do this type it in on youtube and ur find more vids like this one. :D
i think they used a gaussian effect or blur on the borders and they just change the frame speed O.o !! amazing indeed
