As a business owner, can you explain how you manage your profit and what monies you set aside for restocking, etc., Do you set aside money for yourself, for restocking, and how do you figure that out?
I'm still trying to work out the best position at craft fairs/markets, but what I have learnt this Christmas season is, I'm not going in any more corridors I need to be in rooms, where people have space to can actually stop, look and then hopefully buy. Anyway have loved your vlogs this year and fingers crossed my your business continue to grow next year ❤
