TJ T They had no footage to do a good trailer because it's all fantasy bullshit. There will be no naval battles, no pacific theater and eastern front (on release). Most maps are probably fictional(like the one we have seen on the trailer) to appeal for cod and fortinite casual fans. If they showed that the outrage would be even higher.

All Battlefields are good.. But the truly last good Battlefield is Battlefield Bad Company 2, then Battlefield 1 fixed up stuff and it's awesome again. BF3 and BF4 are cool and awesome too; but they are most of the times broken...

I agree that big firms like EA and Activision have seriously degenerated. I think Ubisoft releases are, on a generel level, still much less pestered by all this PC bullcrap. Last I purchased an EA game was when Mass Effect 3 was released lol. That said, there are plenty of good war-games still out there. RUSE, Wargame Red Dragon, Steel Division in the RTS genre. In the FPS genre, SQUAD, Arma 3 and Rising Storm Vietnam comes to mind IMO, of war games that make nice and believable attempts at being authentic. I am also grateful that Chivalry Medieval Warfare still has a considerable amount of active players :p For the more grown-up audiences, there are still alternatives. They are, however, mostly on the PC / Steam platform. BTW, Iagree 100 % that BF5 looks like a complete shitfest. But so did BF1 and BF4. BF1 trailers also made me cringe. It's just that with BF5, they have gone completely fictional with women with warpaint, robot arms, a katana and other complete bogus additions.
