boredom therapy :) .. for someone who has anxiety disorder, boredom can be a comforting relief. There as been times in my life I have strived to be bored, watching snooker can help. I have also noticed some hypnotherapists use a technique where they will often include mundane facts or an uninteresting narrative in hypnosis that can induce a trance like state.

I don’t have a fear of flying as such; but I do have a fear of airports I think, especially international ones. I live in Australia, and I have haven’t really flown that much, even within Australia. The number of times I have been out of Australia, I can count on one hand. Five years ago, I flew to Germany for a language course. Trying to navigate the airports at both Doha and Munich after flying for 30 hours (in Munich) on my own was so overwhelming, that after I got back home, I felt like I didn’t want to leave Australia again 😢 I did go to Bali with my adult daughter earlier this year, however, and that was much better. It was much easier having someone else to help me navigate the whole airport experience. Things like airports are an overwhelming experience when you reach 60, and I’m not particularly good with technology, and the locals don’t necessarily speak English 😢

    2. When i was 11year in 1989 i had started panic feeling un explainable condition or fear which i even don't know. I was a kid i got rid of it but in 1997 when i developed ear infection i started worrying that i might lose listening sense so after that i started panicking. That day and this day i can't stop taking Lexotanil Bromazepam 3mg twice a day.

Children can recall the details of a very boring video much better than that of on the edge of their seat, thrilling one. We can take the thrill out of panic by naturalizing things a bit. There may either be a need to fulfill healthy excitement/energy expenditure, or a bit of restraint from the tendency for constant or sporadic overexcitement.
