That's how you play rapier, you stack it with speed so the damage ramps up very quick. If you checked the luck gain in stats you'll see the biggest luck gainer was rapier itself. You can also play this with leaf plus blueberries. 30% less crit damage but you don't crit so much so you exchange for blueberry luck gain.
Just for clarification: the present gives you items based on their on sale price. So everything you get from present is like you bought it on sale. (half off rounded up) It's based on the gold you had floated (left over from the previous round) and the gold you would of gotten the current round.
I don't know for sure so feel free to correct me; I thought it was gold floated from previous round PLUS gold you would've got as a reward from entering the shop of the current round. If you have 0 gold floated, you still get items.
that's beautifull the others can't crit, the birds remove their luck the others can't heal, the gemms remove their heal the others can't gains buffs, the two caps nullifie them the others can't attack, the shields remove their stamina while on the other side we're going at light speed our stamina is regenerate super fast we gain buffs like crazy we scale the damages ... it's unbeatable
Rapier is a crap item, but they buffed the damage so much that it has some edge cases, especially if you can generate so much luck to offset the accuracy and on hit luck malus.
Holding the stones doesn't impact you negatively (they have the same buy / sell value). In case you got leftover backpack space or decide to go for upgraded stoneskin, it's only positive to have held them.
I recently bought this game , i was excited to try it because it reminded me of super auto pets. But i feel bad now for my 10 € , i played like 7 times and did full win , when i was like at 4 i checked some video and wiki, find out its not balanced at all. All i do now is spam squirrel blob build , i can constantly hit the stuff i want. This is boring. Even SAP did better imo. For me the game is dead already, too much stuff doesnt work together. Concept was kinda cool i guess.
