Takemitsu wrote some of the darkest music I have ever heard, early in his career especially. Takemitsu had a dark shadow following his music for awhile and it’s beautiful
Excelente trabajo, el suyo. Y maravillosa composición de T. Takemitsu, que descubierto gracias a Rique Borges, aún habiendo visto filmes para los que compuso la música 🎶. Muchos éxitos, mándenos más vídeos !
@@davidantiguedadclassicalgu4259 If I remember correctly he took private lessons in the 1960s to play biwa or shamisen or something similar. Either way, he had an intricate and deep understanding of the instrument from a practical as well as artistic standpoint.
Thanks for posting with the score !! Beautiful piece and superb playing! Sooo difficult for a non guitarist to write for guitar!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I hear a huge influence by the 5 Bagatelles, by William Walton in that first movement. Sounds like the melody was lifted right out of the 5th bagatelle.
There’s two slurs that are definitely confusing (for me too, at the beginning): one is the slur that ties two b-flat and the other is for the l.v. (let vibrate) of that same b-flat
It is true that one could argue that, based on the recurring motif A F# B-flat, the A should be a resonance, but I like the effect of the final A giving the minor resolution to the chord ;)
This may be one of the most difficult pieces to play, let alone master. However, where's the music? At what point does a piece become solely fingering gymnastic and nothing more?
Beautiful piece and performance

Never heard of before - stunning genius.

Muchas gracias!😊
Wonderful Guitar Work by a wonderful composer! Marvellous performance as well!!
Thank you! :)
Maybe one of the best non-guitarists to write for the guitar.
Cole T Indeed! And yet, at the end of his life he had learnt to play it, or at least to know it in depth :)

Yes, together with Benjamin Britten (nocturne for Julian Bream).

Thank you for your comment! Yes, Equinox is a masterpiece and Takemitsu created a new writing universe :)
Bravo! That was incredible.
AnAmericanComposer Thank you very much! :)

Bravo David!

Que obra maravilhosa!!!
So crisp!
Reminds me so much of Britten's Nocturnal
sounds great, interesting piece
Thank you :)
Wonderful performance!

Thank you! :)
Magia...
Magia la tuya, hermanito :)
Great!!
Thank you!
ay, qué bonita canción :3
Hermoso musicalmente complejo y rico
Hola! Muchísimas gracias, es música increíble :)
何とも深淵な曲ですね。
ギターは、制約が多い楽器なので、武満先生も苦労された事と思います。
Very nice interpretation! But the last note ( a nat.) has a slure?
Thank you very much, Roberto! I’m glad you like it. If you look closely, and based on the music, the last A is not tied and has to be played :)

Can you post the pdf of the score?

How to get the music score?
Love his harmonic language. His use of silence. Couldn't find the BACH😅
Lots of debussy and even bernard herrmann maybe🎉❤
It’s in bar 5! Melody: Db-C-Eb and D an octave lower in the tenor ;)
Странное произведения скажу я вам 3:56
Long live to JS Bach, not this shit

There's music everywhere and in all, where we do not all hear🌸.
On the contrary, this is not one of the most difficult pieces to play, but there’s beautiful music everywhere in the piece
This realy isnt that incredibly difficult
