Very good video, helped me a lot. I wonder if changing the hammer spring will fix the full auto issue. e.g: hammer does not reset when trigger is pressed then racked slide. Checked all the parts and lubed, all intacked. Not sure what caused this.
Hey man, Im not sure if you still have your gun, but have you ever tried removing the buttom plate of the magazine? I cant seem to find a video tutorial on doing so
Hello there. Can you tell me what materials is the gun made of? I mean are the components steel or at least some of them or is it aluminum or perhaps pot metal (zinc alloy). Thank you.
wish i had watched this video before taking mine down to change the frame lol. would have saved a lot of efforts. all other videos on youtube skip large parts of the process.
Anyone know why when I shoot this airsoft gun a couple times, it starts to shoot full auto and drains all my gas in my magazine? It doesn’t seem to just want to shoot one bb at a time
In all honesty such a let down. I own TM 226 and it has +4 or 5 rounds from standard mags and much better reliability and only upsides I see in this one are metal externals and magazine spring capture :P

When the pistol shoot full auto, does the slide goes all the way back? If so maybe it’s because of other broken internal parts instead.
@@SemperReloading Yes, it goes all the way to the back and I disassembled them to check, there were no broken internal parts
@@wilsondeng4 Check if the blow back housing has any cracks. If that’s not the problem as well then better send it back to the store for repair.
Do you know if you can buy a replacement trigger or chassis assembly that fully assembled?
It’s not a thing yet I assume.
I think you can buy aftermarket trigger but I don't think you can buy trigger unit. You can buy lower frame from airsoft go go
Good video man very helpful. I only fired 2 mags through my gun and it's already not firing at all. Where can I purchase the proper Spring????
Any airsoft store that sell Marui spec Glock hammer spring will do fine.
@@SemperReloading will the Angel customs elite Force Glock spring work, it's made by VFC
@@Riggs_223 Not sure. No experience on using VFC spec hammer spring.

You can just push it out, if you’re referring to the plastic plate.

I think the hammer is made of steel and the blow back housing is zinc alloy. Other than that, I’m not sure.
@@SemperReloading Thank you very much!
The slide is made of Aluminium.
@@TheElton126 Thanks!
what hex key size is it
It’s a M2x3 screw. A 1.5mm or 2mm hex key should do.
on mine it's 0.9 hex
What size of the hex driver needed?
1.5/2 mm hex for loosening the screw in the safety.
@@SemperReloading thank you sir

What frame did you use? A real steel one? I am thinking of buying a real steal frame but I am not sure if they are compatible.
@@esclafone006 the only thing that the airsoft m17 can share with the real steel is the holster
@@esclafone006 people have done it, nobody says it's worth the trouble. check out Boomarks, they sell a bunch of different airsoft grip modules
Can you remove the safety and still have the pistol function?
No, the safety also act as a shaft to hold the hammer.
yes, it just needs a pin in it's place. Nova frames don't have safety cutouts and come with the pin to replace it
what size of the allen key to open the hex screw ? thx bro
Sorry I’ve sold the pistol already so I can’t confirm.
