hi everyone! I see that some of you had the same problem I had: when trying to share the HTML file with other people, it does not load properly or even at all. To solve this issue, I sent a zipped/compressed folder (.zip) including the HTML file along with the .indd project (I'm not sure if this is necessary) and a folder that it creates automatically, containing images and other resources in the document (on my computer, its name is "[DocumentTitle]-web-resources"). Once I did this, the file loaded correctly on other computers! Hope it helps you guys :)
This worked great! One thing that wasn't noted maybe it was obvious but I didn't notice so hoping it might help someone else, make sure you must select all the objects on the page before you hit "run script" in order to export all the objects correctly!

But now I have a question and I am probably just having a senior moment. How do I then use the HTML file? I thought that I would be able to copy it into the HTML editor of the free wordpress page but it doesnt work, just a whole lot of error messages pop up. Any suggestions

I am not sure if we can find two paragraph style in one search in current latest InDesign, or perhaps with GREP or Script can but I'm never tried it and never search two paragraph styles at once.
No, this is not a good way to create an email signature. It uses absolute CSS positioning, which is not supported in email clients. Better to use a simple HTML editor and tables for positioning (with no visible borders).

How did you create the zip file?
@@jorgemarcano7361 In Windows, you can just right click the folder and there will be an option to create .zip file. I don't know about MacOS.

On Macs the html file is saved in the same place your InDesign file is saved. I see this question a lot and had to figure it out myself.
