So many vegan choices you are making me excited for my trip. As a scooter bound person showing me where to go ahead of time is a game changer. Thank you and congratulations on reaching 7k followers.
Was at EPCOT last night and got a few of these - I thought the Jamaican Beef Patty was rather good (though agree it was more of an empanada form) but the Mango Dole Whip Parfait was the best thing I had - and thought it was a good size portion for the $. Great video!
Congratulations!! I love your channel since my husband is vegan and I’m not. My daughter and I are very open to eating vegan foods, so appreciate the reviews from the both of you. Thank you !
I’ll be watching this video a few more times because I’ll be in Disney in May! Thank you for giving me vegan knowledge and congratulations on hitting 7k subscribers.
Ribs being at the impossible station is a head scratcher. All I can think of is from a POV of having customer service experience, I wonder if it's for certain customers who stand in line, not realize it's a vegan stand and refuses to eat such, so therefore a meat dish is offered. That's all I can think of, because I remember being confused seeing that the first time too when looking at the menus. Can't wait to try a lot of these, I'm going next week!
@@PrincessandtheBear I had the avocado toast first and loved it! Then got the poutine and sadly did not like it at all. The sauce killed it for me. Loved the tres leches cake and the strawberry shortcake. Thanks again for the helpful video!
Thanks for the review! Glad that there are several good vegan options. Bummed that they shortened the festival this year. We arrive a few days after it ends…may have to take a solo trip..🤔
Bear asked for recommendations of places to eat in NYC - You have to try Peacefood. This is an all-vegan restaurant that Bear will love, I promise! My husband and I went to NYC in February and loved it so much that we went there twice! It is such a treat, I you will love it!
Hope to see you guys soon too! Maybe at Universal. We didn’t renew our Disney AP this year but did get them for Universal. Still have a couple Disney trips planned though-luckily one during F&G.
100% agree about the Impossible booth. No reason for animal meat to be anywhere in that booth. How do they handle cross-contamination? Why even invite that headache? Those ribs should be in any booth at the festival - just not the one sponsored by Impossible.
When you hit up NYC, you really need to hit up Carmine's in the Upper West Side (the UWS one is better than the Times Square location). Family style italian, and they have quite a few vegan options. Just remember, its family style, so you are ordering for the whole table, not just yourself. Truly Bear sized portions. Every person I've sent to Carmine's, its become their new favorite restaurant. Just don't hate me when you start to miss it.
@@PrincessandtheBearI am so excited! I am taking my vegan sister this year and it will be amazing to have this info all in one place! I'm a huge supporter of your channel since finding it.
@cadderly09 thank you so much!! This is our regular festival format. We do 3 videos at the opening of every festival. We do a vegan one, a drink one, and a video of everything else.
I was so happy to finally meet ya'll! Sorry I was awkward.. that's me! I skipped up to ya'll like HEEEYYY and then it dawned on me.. I "know" you.. you don't know me. Lol. Kicking myself in the a$$ for not getting a pic with ya'll..
@@PrincessandtheBear Bear complimented my sons (Royce) shirt...I wish I thought to engage in this conversation at the time.. but, a few minutes later as we walked away.. I said "Royce, Bear is known for his shirts! I think you could might give him a run for his money on shirts!". We have a question for Bear.. how many shirts do you have? I'm gonna go count Royces shirts!
@@PrincessandtheBear Royce currently has.. weirdly.. 60 shirts. I like that it's on an even number! Royce is 15.. as he's outgrown his shirts.. or they fade (Royce definitely has his favorites!) my mom has me fill up a garbage bag full of them and she sends them off to have a quilt made. They're mostly Disney and NASA/Outerspace themed.. Hoping to find some more Dinosaur themed shirts as that's is new interest in the past year. Royce loves T-Rex Cafe and they always have sales on shirts in the gift shop.
This is the festival that will be in swing while I'm in WDW this year, so this video has been like my Roman Empire since the menu dropped. I'm so glad to see that there are so many vegan options this year and that so many of them are delicious. You're right, other festivals need to step up and take note because for vegans F&F is pulling away with it, so handily. Finally, let's go 7k! Y'all deserve it so much.
Exactly, at least you acknowledge your food preferences in the reviews. Every time it is a review of something with coconut I know I will probably like it more than you do 😂. Some reviewers don't share their preferences and it is hard to determine if it is something I'll like if they don't!
Your honest reviews are always appreciated and NEVER petty.
I mean we're a little petty but thank you
You are experientially discerning.
Love F&G for having all these delicious options! The 'beef patty reminded me of a giant lumpia! Love all the desserts 🤩💫

It's unfortunate Bear is allergic to mango. That Parfait was meant for 3 people! 👸🏽

Woot was looking forward to this!

Great review of all the booths and it was great to meet you at the festival.
Great meeting you!
This video was so helpful. I’m heading to Epcot Monday and can’t wait to try out some of your favorites!
Hope you enjoy! Please come back and tell us your favorites after you go. We'd love to know.

I normally don't eat vegan but these selections look good.
Good food is good food
I’m going at the end of April. Can’t wait to try all of the things!!

I cant wait to try those buffalo tots 🤤
They're so good. You can ask for more or less Buffalo sauce depending on how spicy you want it.

Does the biscuit and gravy from brunchcot have dairy?
Yes it does. We couldn't modify it. You'll see it in our Bear eats video.
Oh bummer! Thank you!
@Kara315 Of course!! Any time. It's dairy and egg in it btw.
As a Canadian definitely not poutine but damn am I excited to try it lol
Was always appreciate Canadian validation that it's not poutine.

Totally agree! This is the first time we can recall where the Impossible booth wasn't all Impossible food items. It makes no sense.
Bobbi here. From what i saw the two best vegan options were in Morocco the Mediterranean Flatbread and in the Honey stand the Cauliflower dish. 😅
Those are both vegetarian and not vegan. We were not able to modify either of those dishes to be vegan.

Ask for the tres leches without the coconut on top. That’s what I always do because I can’t stand it.
