You can actually beat tio without him chasing you nor even able to you just have to do a glitch for tio to stop moving with ur friends, cousin, or alt acc then itll be easier just dont die from the other piggys in the final step
and i thought it would be hard but i did it on the computer with a great fps and i found i can beat it myself I defeated him 3 times in a single day helping a friend :|
