The coach pulls him out for the second half of a few games this season as well (for those trying to understand how much more amazing this kid's stats are already).
He was the best receiving back in the country last year in an offense that featured him in the passing game. New NFL OC this year, hasn't featured him in the passing game at all because he's been running for 200+
Cam, dude had 43 catches for 569 and 5 TDs in 2023 as a sophomore. The dude can catch they haven’t had to use him in that field yet in 2024. Also has zero fumbles for his career- fun stat.
I guarantee NFL GMs and scouts aren't sleeping on this young man. His balance, his vision, his jump cuts and his 4.42 speed. He even has the knack of avoiding hard contact. An easy first rounder.... especially for a team that emphasizes the run game. Chargers??? Are you watching this guy??!!!
I played with him in Arena ball in Allen, Tx back in 2017. And he was league MVP. But the stories he told me about what he was doing off field, I know his downfall.

This is Barry Sanders not Mc Cathery! He can catch the ball out the back field too. Don't down play him cause he's not a Bama, or Georgia, He's the real deal. He put up 500 against two top 25 schools, Oregon and WSU. Come on guys.
@chrisrobinson8339 we run the ball fine and Najee has and is a better RB than the both of them. Catching dump offs, running draws, and running against light boxes is completely different than running against stacked boxes with sub-par blocking
@@christianwhatley7972 I don't know what game's that you watch. I watch every Steelers game. Najee is trash at running the ball 🏈. I'm not talking about catching.
@chrisrobinson8339 uhmm I watch the one's that got him the most conservative 1000 yards seasons to start a career behind like I said, sub-par at best blocking. And I'm still watching the ones that have the Steelers 3-1(should be 4-0) by running the ball while, like you obviously know, both Warren and Patterson battle injuries.
I don’t think he gets the ball enough to beat sanders record. He would have to kick it up a notch and start getting 300 per game. If you look at what Barry did in 88 from here on out was like 300 yards a game. Barry sanders had an average of 31 Carrie’s a game with 344 Carries. Jeantry isn’t getting that many Carrie’s but I will say I saw that they take him out and do t play second half sometimes and that matters.

Christian McCaffrey over Derrick Henry?? That year not only did he lead the nation in rushing yards and td, but did it on the best team in the nation. McCaffrey was a beast but to say the only reason he didn’t win Heisman was because he was on the west coast is misleading. Marcus Marriota won it the year before… on the west coast
Jeanty is a good running back. Hes getting the ball like for 30 mins a game. Hes a good running back. QB's are good quarterbacks. If we talking traditional position, he is doing the best at his position. But he is no Travis Hunter. The Heisman is reserved for the best player in College Football. What travis is doing has NEVER EVER been done at the volume that he is doing it on BOTH sides of the ball. Playing over 130 snaps a game and not just playing, BALLIN on both sides. With 6 Games left travis is gonna act a fool. Travis impact on both sides of the ball is ridiculous. Teams have to adjust when they see him both on offense and defense. When a player like that can impact the entire game and change the course and the outcome of a game, the heisman is no contest. He is CLEARLY the Heisman. Travis Hunter. #skkoooo buffs
If you're wondering it he can catch, he was the only RB included on the Biletnikoff watch list and he was primarily a WR in high school.
He led the ncaa in receiving yards for rb last year lol played reciever in hs

Cam this the best rb I ever seen. Bro bounces of tackles it ain't that they not wrapping him.. legs are just that strong lmao 🤣🤣🤣
He's a legit receiver as well
Exactly. Only reason CMC didn’t win the Heisman is because he didn’t go to Alabama 😴. Man Broke Barry Sanders All Purpose record? That’s automatic.
Don’t worry he can catch he was a slot receiver in high school he’s got hands they trough to him a lot more last year he is special
Normally media don't like a believer. He's a firm believer in GOD and Family. So much respect for him.
He had five touchdowns receiving last year in like 600 yards. They haven’t needed to throw in the ball. Look up his highlights from last year.
Curious how many non QBs on west coast teams have ever won the Heisman? I thinks it’s only 5 for non QBs and they are all USC players.
OJ, Allen, and Bush are big shoes to fill as well!
1000k yards in 5 games
I am sure he can catch but as Cam said keep it up.
Genty
Hunter
Ward
Going to New York for the heisman
Boise and UCol have to keep winning tho
Put shredeur over ward

Ashton had 43 rec for 569 yrds last year he can catch.
The only reason CMC didn’t win the heisman is because Derrick Henry was making the SEC look like children.
He did this AGAINST OREGON DUCKS
Watch his 2023 highlights. Had over 100 receiving against washington.
