And this was just before lunch. But I think he might have exaggerated a tiny bit. No way did he rake all the leaves in the yard! Everything else, okay.
My son used to do something similar to this when he was about 4 years old. He would suddenly appear in a huge cowboy hat and start telling me about his horses and living on a ranch. He told me his name was Johnny West and that he had a wife and two children. I'd offer him a cup of coffee which was one third coffee and topped up with milk and we'd chat. After he drank his fill he would say that he had to leave. Suddenly, my son would appear and I'd say, "You've just missed him again. Johnny West was here drinking coffee." That went on for about a year. It was a lot of fun for me. I'd ask him questions about his ranch. Their thoughts are so interesting at that age. He'd only show up now and then.
Listening to this little boy and the story about your son makes me think about reincarnation. I am convinced that many children below the age of 5 can somewhat recall their pass lives, sometimes with names of people and places we could be checked out. Obviously the child is innocent and not fabricating stories , he is literally taking about his experiences, and of course as cynical adults we think is cute, which indeed it is, but perhaps we should not just dismiss it off as silliness. Just my thoughts. He is a lovely lad, but if I were his parent, I would check a few things out including Roman Macasky actually exists or existed in that location. 👍👌

Most of all, I absolutely love what appears to be kitchen table talk- just an ordinary day chatting with mum, but my sweet Lord, it is truly everything!! ♥️🍀
He is on track to becoming a fine, upstanding, hard working, responsible man because his fatherly example obviously is....My heart grew two times larger watching this...The future is bright if we have dedicated mindsets guided down the right path, so young, like this smart little boy.
Here it is three years later and he’s now CEO of his own construction company with subsidiaries of gardening and sheep shearing. He does all the work himself as he’s also recognized as the world’s greatest multitasker.
As a drama teacher I can tell you he is amazing. Has created a whole brilliant network of stories and stays in his "busy man" character with such focus and humour. He is a writer. A storyteller. Congratulations.
Lost track of how many times I’ve watched this. I LOVE THIS KID AND HIS MOM. When he says 20 pounds or so’ll do ‘em….OMG. He must have memorized every conversation his father ever had. HE IS ADORABLE. Would love to see his reaction when he watches this when he’s older.
At birth, he cut his own cord, installed a new heart machine, cemented the walkway, and cleared out the wee drains with his baby hands before he got some milk and went to bed.
My 3 year old son was the same. He had a whole imaginary life. He owned a ranch in the mountains, had a big 18 wheeler, a " Kitt" car, horses. His " friend man" Jim was the foreman. His stories were so full of details, so interesting. He's a very smart guy, never caused us any trouble. It's fun to watch kids grow up like that.
When my youngest daughter was 3 she had an imaginary friend called Michael James, and the things Michael James and Immy did were quite amazing...she was so entertaining because I never knew what she was going to come out with. My favourite tho is the morning she told me “ you don’t know this, but I’m the person who strings all the tennis racquets in the world”. I was floored 😂 I said really? When do you find the time to do all that? and she said, “ well, you know at night when you are sleeping in bed, and you think that I’m sleeping there beside you?” ( she slept with me at the time)...and I said yes? and she said “ well, I’m really not, I’m out stringing all the tennis racquets.” We didn’t play tennis ourselves, or even have racquets, I’ve absolutely no idea what prompted that story, but 25 years later it still makes me laugh.
@@timopper5488 yup...while I thought that she was right there beside me, sleeping! But that’s the kind of thing she came out with all the time, she was an original to say the least. But the stringing of all the world’s tennis racquets was by far the most unique lol. And she continued on being a kid full of surprises. Even when she got to her teens, when a parent/teacher interview revealed her to be a highly gifted mathematician ( who knew?), and a gifted operatic singer who had taught herself all the greatest arias by watching Sumi Jo, and practising of an afternoon after school before the rest of us came home from work. I used to look at her and think ‘whose child are you?’. I hope this little fellow continues to bring as much joy to his family as my daughter has to mine. I’ll add too, that I have a soft spot for kids with imaginary friends. I had Mr Mockey. I don’t recall Mr Mockey myself, but I do wonder if some kids come into this world with a spirit guide.
@@timopper5488 she was a delight. When she was small she always wanted to help me. One day when she was 3 and a bit I was hanging clothes out on the line, and she wanted to help by handing me the pegs, as she usually did, but I was in a hurry that morning, as we had an appointment, so I thanked her but said that mummy was in a hurry today, so I’d just do it myself this time, and she said: “ God put me on this earth to help you, so if you don’t let me help you, what’s the point of me?”. Again, floored lol. Even tho my faith is very strong, I’m not a churchgoer, so that kind of came out of nowhere too. I told her that I’m sure that God wouldn’t mind on this one occasion. When she was a teenager whose room resembled a mushroom farm, and sighed on the rare occasions she was asked to pick up a tea towel etc, I would remind her of this..it’s a shame that God’s helper turned into the quintessential teenager lol.
Nice to see a kid without being glued to a cellphone or iPad. He’s still got brains and imagination and wit. Not your regular north American zombie lol He’s so adorable! His dialect melts my heart! 💜
I love when he is standing and folds his arms. Man, he is imitating someone, probably his Dad. I just love this. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched it.

Most of all, I absolutely love what appears to be kitchen table talk- just an ordinary day chatting with mum, but my sweet Lord, it is truly everything!!
♥️🍀
I'm back in my cousins kitchen in Donegal listening to this little lad recall all the days chores that he's done and yet to do 😅 I hear all this too ❤
Exactly
This is what most parents do not understand. Sometimes it’s just about listening and being there for them .❤
When he leaves for college at 18 he’ll sit his Dad down and tell him he’s the man of the house now
😂😂😂
👊🏻
😂😂😂😂
He is on track to becoming a fine, upstanding, hard working, responsible man because his fatherly example obviously is....My heart grew two times larger watching this...The future is bright if we have dedicated mindsets guided down the right path, so young, like this smart little boy.
Luv the mater of fact deminor; sure he helps at home...good sign
"The police won't be out today. I'll park get up at Tessies" looool I wonder what monologues he usually overhears. 😹
He got plans running/hiding from the police! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lmbo!I couldn’t believe how funny he was buyin a car and avoiding the police lol!
@@Deliasdream - I see Bi-Poo-La in the future! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sounds like he's overheard the plans, for a few pints and a drive home.
God bless her heart, a mother who saw the need to record this masterpiece. Nobody would have believed her
Grandma I think.
im guessing this isnt the first time he’s discussed work w him mum
gran i mean
I agree wholeheartedly, a masterpiece! I’ve watched 5 times already! Love it!
I’d be willing to bet this kid’s dad is a damn good man.
❤️❤️❤️
YEP!
And a damn busy one too :)
You're Right! His dad is willing to do free work. That's the only way the kid picked it up from his dad.
Well when he said a 20 would do it.
He definitely had steak and chips with that. And poured himself a glass of milk.
Lol then has his steak and garlic cubes after he’s shower lol 😂
Had a side of pepper sauce
And drove his mother home
@@virginiaviola5097
That is certainly a very specific occupation! And apparently she worked the night shift.
@@virginiaviola5097
Could be. Wow, your daughter had a wild imagination!
“20 pounds or so will do ‘em” was an incredible sentence.
Y’all know Ronan McAlisky? Lives opposite the football pitch?
Up at durrylaughan?

Absolute Legend
His vocabulary and speech are amazing. He must be by adults a lot.
He's clearly a reincarnated fellow who still had a lot to get done and it's still on his mind. . Omg so cute. What a cool little boy.

Omg, that is the cutest kid. He's got a plan. Look out world.
£20 for a digger, we're watching a master negotiator here
That's probably what his lego digger cost.
Legend says he finally got it for £15.
Anybody Irish want to confirm? I reckon he's saying 'Forty' not 'Twenty'. £40 (and that's his best offer)
20 pound will do him he said
@@headgardener578 40s too much, him and ronan only get a pound a week wages.
A farmer's/rancher's work is never done. He is a busy man.
The police won’t be out today!!! Hysterically laughing. Way tooooo cute. Cutest kid ever!
Lovely lad. He's heard somebody talking about these jobs so I'm thinking his daddy is a hard worker and a great example.👍
“I’m strimmin’ hedges, paintin’ fences, cuttin’ my sheep.” 😂😂😂😂 He is adorable! ❤️
Apparently the the trimming of hedges is stressful and involves a ladder.
Nice to see a kid without being glued to a cellphone or iPad. He’s still got brains and imagination and wit. Not your regular north American zombie lol
He’s so adorable! His dialect melts my heart! 💜
Now I know why he didn't get back to me with my quote.
Hahaha
John..........So funny 😂😂😂😂

What on earth does this little boy's Dad do if he can talk all about this stuff and love the accent he is great
What a sweet child. He must have a wonderful family and the men in the family are obviously great role models! 💕

Mum . That lad is an absolute treasure . The 🤣🤣 lasses better watch out , good husband material though ,if they can catch him between jobs

Otherwise "Gravity" would only be a movie 😂
In 7 years when this is in everybody’s recommended, we’ll still be asking who Ronan McAliskey is and if those hedges ever got strimmed.

😄

Agreed. While wearing our somewhat faded “Who is Ronan McAliskey?” T-shirt.
I love when he is standing and folds his arms. Man, he is imitating someone, probably his Dad. I just love this. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched it.
Yeah I watch it three times a week.
Not laughing 90% of the time and filming. She deserves a trophy!
I babysat a little girl when I was young, she actually scared me with her stories of her husband and kids, her daily duties and she was dead serious too. She was three!

Yes, love the accent.

This kid seems like he's been with his father all the time, to.the point of parroting his every word and mannerisms.
Parroting 😂😂😂
This baby idolizes his father, uncles and grandpa cause this is total guy talk.
Or his mom!
Which makes the "the police won't be out today"-part particularly funny. xD
He is Gas Mon
I believe this little boy is a very intelligent and perceptive child who pays attention to everyone and everything that is going on around him, and men discussing all of the things that men work hard at, are the things that this little boy is impressed with. I am impressed that he also is surrounded by male role models that find time, and for no money, to help others in need. This is a child sharing with his mother the man he wants to grow up and become. ❤
What a delightful little lad. He brought a huge wide grin to my face - especially when he said "I'm a busy man" with such a glint in his eye :)
What a delightful child. Obviously has a hard working role model in his life.

This kid doesn't care about your stinking child labor laws. He's got all the jobs. All this money he'll be making he'll be getting his own place next week. 😂
