you need a oem ram that are rated at PC4 25600 and not 3200

Had this issue with my TG01-0023w. I had to use Ryzen Master to get the RAM advertised speed, but any major Windows update would reset it back to JEDEC 1. Your solution is the correct one. I had to find matching RAM at 1.26V.
