Might not fill a stadium, but 7D fans are some of the most loyal fans. Definitely underrated in the main stream.
Yeah but most of those stadium fillers from the late 90s early 2000s aren't filling clubs now.
The jam pack clubs though... Absolutely fill them up.
2 of some of my favourite bands, Godsmack and Sevendust
Man I love Sevendust!! As far as I’m concerned There top 5 bands to see live!! I’ve seen them 5 times. The best time was in 2005 or 06 at rock on the range they saved the whole thing for me! STP was there also and was amazing but Sevendust just made the whole thing work!

Holy crap Issa that’s awesome! I guess you got me by a long shot. I also saw Pantera 4 times offspring twice Metallica 6 times megadeth 4 times godsmack 5 times. Several other shows I probably forgot but for a while I was trying to hit as many as possible
Sevendust has been my favorite band since 1999. Clint is such an incredible artist. His new solo album kicks so much ass!
None of the bands Clint mentioned with a song an entire festival crowd would sing are as humble & appreciative as 7dust.

Seventies is 1 of my TOP BEST LiVE SoUnDiNg bands I’ve ever seen.. like DIO, QUEENSRYCHE, (with Geoff Tate).. and ELVIS PRESLY, alterbridge… n scorpions oh ya n white snake. I’ve seen hundreds and hundreds of live shows n I’m a musician myself so these guys sound live just as they do as recorded! N as we lovers of music that’s their focal point of our lives that says a lot about how great these musicians are. No studio B.S. magic at all. I’ve seen seven dust in Champaign Urbana Illinois at the canopy club like 5 times I wanna say.. well every time they play I go see them n the last time they played I hinge around n sevendust jumped off the stage and spent a few HOURS! Not minutes.. shaking hands n say thank you for every praise they got n they ALL were beyond SOOOoooo nice n so humble I was shocked lol. The singer n I sat at the bar and he faced me, he actually kept eye contact lol and spent a solid 20plus minutes talking to only me as the crowd stood back n respected our talking to each other n didn’t interrupt us once n just watched up talk waiting so patiently for him to finish talking with me so they could take a pic n get an autograph etc etc n that really made my YEAR lol they were all so so dam nice n so cool. Best in counter of meeting someone or a group/band famous etc that I’ve ever had hands down no comparison! I’m not star struck by any human being but I was to be honest so dam shocked how nice they all were not just to me but to everyone! Great great bunch of men n what great wonderful music they make n may god bless every single one of them. Solid guys man! Rock solid good hearted guys.👍

I just started watching about 4 or 5 nights ago...I watch a couple each night. I laugh, I cry, I find inspiration & I'm reminded I ain't alone. It's like hanging with some cool friends I just met. The time just flies!!! I love it!!
sevendustmay not have the radio hits that many think they should or want, but their discography is amazing. not a bad song on any album. all bangers. not many bands can say that

sevendust is my favorite band. Angels son may be top 3 favorite songs for me. i had just learned that my friend had commited suicide. i left work and the first song that came on the radio was Angels Son.. I had somehow actually never heard that song before, but at that moment, in that moment, it came into my life and is one of their best songs

Great episode. Animosity by Sevendust is a desert island album for me. Always felt Client was overlooked/underrated.

This was a great episode Sully. I've been a big fan of both of your bands for a longtime. Music has always helped me with how I feel. Clint your music in particular has been great for me during this time. I totally feel like you guys when you say something about getting older and putting stuff in perspective and picking your battles. I think for me it's also being a certain age and realizing how much certain things don't matter and how other things do. Thanks for doing these broadcasts and I love the lockdown performances Clint

Outstanding episode everyone involved. Have followed Sevendust since the "Home" tour, and being an amateur drummer, I've always been a Morgan fanatic. Love Clint's writing and he is a phenomenal live performer. Really looking forward to a collaboration when you dudes get some stuff together. Sully FLY HIM UP!!! LETS GO!!!!!! Sevendust really did pave a certain path for so many musicians. They are the reason I decided to play guitar. And they are also the reason why I never learned how to play in standard tuning. Haha. I got my first guitar right after I discovered Home, and immediately dropped it down to drop B, and their Waffle Bb tuning, so I could play most of their songs from the first 2 albums. This is a very cool video. I like hearing all the stories from the early days with you guys.
(For both) [Sully]: You played an awesome concert at Belton TX. I rarely see anyone going nuts in a stadium but you got that plays going. I remember you said, "You guys need to calm the fuck down hahaha." Great performance, and the drums... Fucking fantastic. Made out with my room-mate bosses daughter hahaha on voodoo. I got in trouble. [Clint]: Austin, TX acoustic sessions. One of the best acoustic sessions ever. When I went backstage, I told you black porch sessions is one of my favorite albums I could see that fire was not done. (Both) I am so happy now that we are in the information age that you all could still reach out and pursue your passion, bypass media, and do what you all do best.

It was weird but comforting listening to you on your last two shows and discovering the similarities between my life and childhood and the life and childhood of you and some of your guests. A northern Minnesota girl and big city celebrity rockers. I enjoyed it very much. I could bullshit with you all day.

Saw Godsmack in 98' at the OK Hotel in Seattle for the first time on the tour he's talkn about. Nobody knew who they were...Next time I saw em... Ozzfest 99' we all know how the story ends or continues!

Awesome Sully. Godsmack & Sevendust? How can you go wrong? That Joe Perry picture you spoke of that made you want to be a rock star? I remember you saying that on the MTV Cribs episode you were featured in awhile back. One of my favorite Sevendust songs has to be Denial or Waffle. Met those guys when I was at TOS. They are an amazing band & such a cool group of guys.
